Trish and Emma are absolutely wonderful. We had just moved from the US and were anxiously trying to find a flat while getting acclimated to work/school and staying in a temporary Airbnb. Doug has been a great, respectful and helpful estate agent. He made the process of renting, organising all the paperwork and leaving the apartment, smooth and very straightforward. It also felt like you were valued and he appreciated your individual situation. Very often estate agents can try and put pressure on you to rent a particular place often lying about it's popularity etc... but Doug was very upfront and honest. I have been using Oxfordshire Estates to successfully let my Abingdon property for the last 18 years. I cannot praise Doug and his team enough for all their work over that time. Very professional yet friendly and approachable with any problems that have been encountered. Another big plus has also been their relationship with the tenants.
When I decided to sell I had no hesitation in using them as my agent. In what proved to be a difficult sale through no fault of Oxfordshire Estates, Doug was a massive help to me in getting the deal done. As usual nothing was too much trouble.

I've nothing but respect and confidence in Oxfordshire Estates.
Been dealing with Doug for many years in the letting of properties, and to me they are number 1. Nobody gets ripped off, Doug and his very efficient staff are 'hands' on and extremely helpful to both landlords and tenants.
I've had many a feedback who state the company go to great lengths in following up maintenance and keeping all informed of the progress.
Doug has a great knowledge of the housing business and is quick to spot mistakes. He has a good pool of tradesmen around him, and again they do a decent job for a fair wage. Highly recommended.

It’s so nice to get that personal touch from a business these days and not just be another number, viewings were not always easy with my schedule but the team always did everything possible to accommodate me with nothing ever being too much trouble.
