I recently appointed Arlington alongside another agent to sell a flat In SJW . After several months of many viewings and no bids from the other agent , I decided to appoint Arlington as Sole . They produced 2 real buyers . Their advice and proactive communication throughout the process was very helpful to getting to the right conclusion . Would absolutely use them again over others .
