We are renting a wonderful apartment through Arlington. The entire process was managed super professionally and we couldn’t be happier with the service. This is especially true for Robert. During the contracting process our landlord was unsure about renting at short notice which impacted us greatly as the move-in date for our entire family was only two weeks away. Robert handled this situation exceptionally well by communicating openly and proactively throughout the process and arranging alternative viewings with all suitable properties in the area (both with Arlington and other agencies!) within one day. The original rental ultimately went ahead, but you only see the quality of a person when they are tested in difficult situations like this. Robert, and by extension Arlington, truly shone and we are very grateful for everything he did for us. Would recommend to anybody whether renting or letting.

Unlike so many Estate Agents, I have found the whole ethos of the Company to be highly professional in every area, honest, fair and pleasant, and this pervades the attitude of all the staff.
