Not only was he always approachable with our questions, often meeting us in person for anything however small but his knowledge of the area is unrivalled. This level of experience is rare but is essential with these kind of listed properties. Would highly recommend Howard and Aston Chase.

Even during the run up to Christmas, agent Zack Green managed to jingle every single one of my bells. Professional, patient and helpful are just three of the words which come to mind when thinking of Zack, whom I would recommend time and time again.

She was always reachable, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Communication was always clear and consistent, which made everything really smooth from start to finish. Whenever I had any questions, concerns or maintenance issues during my tenancy, the team responded very quickly and made sure everything was dealt with promptly. I really appreciated that I never had to keep chasing them — they were always responsive and helpful.<br><br>Everyone I dealt with was very friendly, polite and approachable, which made the whole renting experience much easier and less stressful. It was clear that they genuinely cared about resolving any issues and making sure everything was running smoothly.<br><br>They also use the Goodlord platform, which made the tenancy process, documents and payments straightforward and well organised. At the end of my tenancy, the checkout and deposit return process was also handled without any problems.<br><br>Overall, I was very happy renting through this company. The team were professional, reliable and pleasant to deal with throughout my tenancy. Thank you to everyone there for making my experience so positive. 7th Sep 2026 (14 days ago)My first time ever renting in London, and I did it while relocating from overseas, so I really didn't know what to expect. Joel made it easy from the very first viewing. He talked me through every stage properly, from the offer through referencing and the tenancy agreement, and he came back to my questions promptly every time. He was especially patient with all the awkward paperwork that comes with moving countries. I never felt like I was chasing him for an answer, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. Having someone this responsive and reliable on the London end made an enormous difference. I'd recommend Joel and Jonathan Arron Residential without hesitation.

Lettings agent started ghosting me for weeks after putting my offer in and the receptionist didn’t put me through to the office manager to complain discretely as she wanted the flat address then hung up on me so all in all an embarrassing experience for me from a St John’s Wood estate agency in my opinion.

Selecting Laurence Leigh Residential was an important decision for us as we were selling our family home of the past 18 years. Laurence provided excellent market colour while also listening to our views. We agreed upon a listing price and after receiving several bids accepted one that was within 5% of our listing price. Laurence and his colleagues Anne and Guy are an outstanding estate agency.

Dan quickly generated an amazing number of viewings and multiple offers, so many, in fact, that we soon stopped using multiple agents and relied entirely on him. After a few setbacks with buyers, Dan was undeterred and went right back to work with positivity and optimism. He secured a truly great offer for us and handheld the entire process brilliantly, all the way through to exchange. Dealing with Dan was an absolute pleasure; he is personable, incredibly astute, and makes what can be a stressful process feel straightforward. I would work with him again without hesitation.
13th Sep 2026 (8 days ago)Very disappointing experience with Foxtons St John’s Wood. I left my most recent viewing feeling genuinely misled and disrespected, especially because this was the second time I had experienced the same kind of issue there, with the same agent.<br><br>From the outset, I had clearly explained the type of property I was looking for, my requirements and my budget. The agent, Elvira Petkova, first sent me a video of a property that did not meet those requirements, so I explicitly declined it and explained why. She then sent me a second video of a different property that I did like, called me afterwards, and arranged a viewing with me based on that second property.<br><br>When I arrived, however, she took me to the first property — the one I had already explicitly rejected. It was only then that I was told the property from the second video, which I understood I had booked the viewing for, was actually far above my budget. I had therefore attended the appointment believing I was going to see a property I was interested in and that was a realistic option for me, when in fact it was never within my budget in the first place. Instead, I was taken back to a property I had already said I did not want to see. Had I been given that information beforehand, I would never have agreed to the appointment.<br><br>What makes this worse is that a very similar thing had already happened to me before with the same agent. On a previous occasion, I had booked and confirmed a viewing for a specific property, only to arrive at the Foxtons office and be driven to a completely different property in a different location.<br><br>For this to happen once would be frustrating. For it to happen twice, on separate occasions and with different properties, is extremely unprofessional. I found the experience misleading, poorly organised and disrespectful of my time.
