They are dealing with my management and lettings and I highly rate the staff, particularly those I have been in contact with. Lincoln was helpful and charming, ready to help, and answer my questions. Ewa has been very efficient and straightforward with lettings. All The staff are kind and friendly and seem happy, many have been working there for many years, which is always a good sign of a good business. They look after landlords and tenants and the processes from start to finish. A service led business that I can recommend.
3rd Mar 2026 (11 days ago)Aviod!!!!! Checkin all good, but the property management team is useless. We had a moulding dishwasher and takes weeks to get it fixed (by us contacting the provider). They will try anything to grab your deposit , we are disputing on DPS
9th Mar 2026 (5 days ago)Unprofessional. No communication from them. When we viewed the property it was clean and on move-in day place was left dirty, holes and marks on walls and left over goods. Whole process was terrible.

The communication was clear, professional and reassuring from start to finish. Everything was handled efficiently and smoothly, which made a potentially stressful situation feel calm and well managed. Samuel was consistently supportive and responsive, and Jamal was also very helpful, particularly with the communication with the landlords and during the meeting.
