I am very happy that I can write down some words about the St John's Wood team especially, my agent Eliza Nissim. We are new in the UK and my family was in a hotel room, I was struggling to find an apartment when Eliza got in contact and took us all for a tour through 5 nice properties that she carefully selected and kindly showed to us. All properties were in great conditions. The team also did great to solve some very specific issues that were troubling our approval, they never let go until we are settled, and they did it in a very professional way.

Kurt Steinmetz. Chestertons has good staff but he is truly the best you have. We dealt with him on Sat 29th Aug and then again today, Tues, 1st Sept. He is very professional, kind, patient, knew his brief exceedingly well, is sharp, offered us advice and finally we were able to tell he was honest from the way he dealt with us. These are the characteristics we (as landlords), appreciate and can work with. We have not met him personally but only dealt with him on the phone and through email. He is a credit to Chestertons.

It has been an absolute pleasure working with the Chestertons team - particular shout-out to Leo and Eliza. Five stars doesn't really do them justice - they should have 10 at the very least! They found my current tenant (who is a truly lovely and responsible person) within the space of a few weeks and at full asking price - what an achievement! All of this incredible work aside, they continue to be polite, friendly yet professional and provide ongoing support. These guys really do go the extra mile. I can't thank them enough for their support and patience with me, having been left quite scarred from working with previous estate agents, dealing with difficult tenants, etc. I can not recommend them more highly.
