At a time when selling our property was proving extremely difficult we turned to Ashton White after receiving an awful service from our previous agents. From the outset they were amazing. Chris is extremely knowledgeable of the current market situation, advised us honestly and fairly, always kept us fully up to date with any interest and suggested ways on where we could make improvements to assist the sale. He is very approachable, friendly and most importantly completely trustworthy. I cannot recommend Ashton White enough, if you want your house sold then these guys will achieve that.

I rented a property through Ashton White for 2 years and I can honestly say I had the best experience. Dawn, Gemma and the team were fabulous. If ever I needed any advice or support they were there to help and got things resolved quickly. There was always great communication between the landlord, themselves and me.
When it came to checking out, at the end of my contract, everything had been set up to terminate my contract smoothly. They ensured I received my deposit back quickly, and in full.
I only moved out of the beautiful house I was renting because I had brought a property, otherwise I definitely would have stayed.

Usually when dealing with a house move it's nothing but hassle and drama. I wanted to say that when dealing with Gemma Millsom recently it was nothing but a pleasure.
She was understanding, respectful and nothing but a great support throughout my whole sale and purchase. Gemma constantly made herself available and has a work ethic second to none.
Estate agents historically have a bad name, but if more followed her working style that wouldn't be the case.

I've been using them for years as a letting agent, they're focused on long term win for the owner always find good tenants and got me high rent figures, other estate agent in the area always tried to push for lower valuation,
I tried to sell the property earlier this year, they were equally helpful, but then with COVID and lockdown coming I decided to put it back for rent and it let very quickly again at a very good price despite COVID.

Dissappointing, would never use again.
I signed up with AC to sell my flat simply as the house I wanted to buy was up for sale with them. They firstly over valued my flat by some £10k which I refused to market it for, I keep an eye on property markets and was suprised how inaccurate the estimate had been. After just one week and an abismal open day i was encouraged to reduce the price (bearing in mind I made them put it up for £10k less than their 'professional' valuation). I got a bad feeling about them as I was treated more like an inconvenience than a paying client, so I signed up to a second local agent and within 3 days my flat sold for the full asking price. I put this down to better photos, a more detailed rightmove description and general positivity when liaising with myself and potential buyers. I believe the lack of customer service and effort put into selling my property was due to the low value in comparison to the other properties on AC's books at that time. This kind of industry should take more note of customer service as whilst my flat may not have been worth much by way of commission, they have lost out on recommdendations and my future business.
