   My husband and I have just gone through the process of buying our first house with Leaders Southend and we couldn't rate David and Niki highly enough. As first time buyers, the process is incredibly daunting at the beginning. David has been there from the start to make that process simple, getting us in touch with the relevant services and being there to answer all my questions! Niki then gave us weekly check ins and they both helped chase developments on both sides to ensure a smooth transaction. Thank you both so much!    I should have written this review a long time ago, but even to this day, thinking about the whole situation still makes me angry. I kept putting off writing this review, but I’ve decided it’s better to say something now than never. My experience with Hopson Property Southend was extremely disappointing. The service was poor, and the manager, Richard, was not helpful when it came to resolving our issue. There were no call-backs, no proper follow-ups, and we were constantly having to chase them for updates. What really frustrated me was how proactive they were when it came to demanding money, yet when it came to actually solving problems, there was very little urgency or cooperation. Despite making numerous attempts to get the matter resolved, nothing was properly sorted and we were ultimately left with no choice but to give up because they simply would not cooperate. This was an extremely frustrating experience, and the way the situation was handled has stayed with me to this day. I would not recommend them based on our experience.
