I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Bairstow Eves Chafford Hundred, especially with Heather Wood. For over a month and a half, I have been trying to get my deposit back without any success. Heather Wood has been particularly ignorant and unresponsive, and the agency as a whole has not been communicating or responding to my emails. I have had to constantly chase them for updates. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for their clients is unacceptable. I had no choice but to raise a dispute via the My Deposits scheme to try and retrieve my money. This whole experience has been incredibly stressful and frustrating. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and responsive service. Their poor communication and failure to return my deposit in a timely manner have caused significant financial strain.... Read more
