If you are looking to buy a house I would highly recommend to use Bairstow Eves in Selsdon.
The team are just great and effective. Especially Chloe who is always brilliant, patient, helpful and very professional. Chloe Gledhill dealt with my purchasing a house; She was always hard working and so professional beyond my expectations. In my case she was excellent in chasing the right people at the right time, and making communication smooth and comfortable for all parties (solicitors, sellers and buyers).
Generally I have received much assistance from the whole stuff, throughout the whole process; which was amazing.
May God bless the whole stuff for their brilliant and effective services they Gave me.

We sold our home in Forestdale with Bairstow Eves in spring 2023. Nikki, Alison and Chloe were just super throughout. I was particularly impressed with how Chloe managed to negotiate us a good price for the house, juggling a number of competing offers. And towards the end of the process, we were dealing with some very slow solicitors and Chloe really went the extra mile to chase them on our behalf, always with a kind a professional attitude. I can't recommend the small team here highly enough.

'I was totally satisfied with Bairstow Eves during the sale of my house.
They kept in touch with me and communicated throughout the whole process. Their explanations were clear. Each member of the staff that I had dealings with were friendly and personable and they helped to make everything easy from beginning to end. In particular, they were extremely quick to put my house on the market and worked very quickly to arrange the initial viewings. Their emails were friendly and not too formal. I would highly recommend them to everyone!

Great and consistent service throughout! I cannot recommend Bairstow eves Selsdon enough! From start to finish Alison had been nothing but great! We were able to view the property quickly, our offer was accepted quickly - the entire time Alison kept consistent contact, which is absolutely key in such circumstances. Nothing was ever too much. In the latter stages, leading up to completion, I emailed Alison every few days and she always responded and always done what she could to get us an update. Our experience as first time buyers has been nothing but pleasant! We felt extremely lucky to have worked with such a diligent, communicative and caring person who made us feel very comfortable and confident in times that we were anxious. Thanks again!
