Highly principled and delivered to the specified time lines. Accessible at all times without fail in communication. Even when the staff that handled my application was on holiday, I was attended to at all times. Professionalism without bias. I recommend them very highly.

I just have to thank Barrie, specifically Blayne, I was very weel attended, a personalized service and with a lot of affection and attention to me and my family and as for the house I rented, we are very happy with everything. Blayne solved everything for my family, I only have good things to say about this company and I'm very grateful.

Barry moved us into a property too early without letting the owner know as he was on holiday - owner was furious (understandable). We ended up in a property which was filthy and we had no garage key for weeks. The boiler went off numerous times and we were left with no hot water, tried calling Barry however he was either at the pub or no where to be seen. Staff just went out of their way to avoid the phone and when they did pick up the phone our issues were clearly not a priority so just got left. When finally getting in contact with him to explain the issues his attitude was shocking. Rude, unsympathetic and unprofessional. He then sent out cowboy workman to fix things, for example four men came out to put up a fence post and it looked worse after they were finished. Wish I had done my research before because I would have been aware of his bad reputation. I would have saved a lot of money, stress and time. NEVER AGAIN - completely avoid.

What can I say apart from my house was sold within one day of it going live with Barrie Wardrobe. The team are very responsive and go the extra mile for you. I would highly recommend. They have been a pleasure to work with even tho it was only a short period of time. ????

I had a tenant who was moving out on a certain day. I had spoken to the agent before the tenant went and viewed it. Agent told me we need the tenant to move in 2 weeks time and nothing later than that. This was start of August 2021.
Planned all my holidays from work to do repairs to the property and other aspects late August just in case there would be any delays. This agency do not value anyone's time or offer any professional service. I won't have many of my holidays left to do anything.
Unfortunately the tenant is a good person who was waiting for the agent to give a move in date from the start of August. Finally got one to move in after 4 weeks plus of viewing.
I work in Mortgages myself. Mortgages for properties have a turnover of 6 weeks or more and this place was for rental. How can a rental property take 4 weeks. If there was a delay then it is the agencies job to be transparent and inform the person who's looking to move in. Instead they kept saying we will give a move in date when ready.
When I've tried calling this place myself to get some answers it's always been a case; "oh that person who deals with it isn't here" and "we will have someone contact you back".
Stay away from this agency if you want to save yourself some stress.
No wonder the reviews are so bad.
