Very competitively priced, second cheapest of the four quotes we had.

We were advised by our landlord they are selling the property lived in for over 6 years, Reeds Rains called to arrange photos being taken, I did not want personal items in the photos, the female representative advised will speak to the manager and vote back to me, within 20 min they had told the landlord I was being awkward, the landlord then advised me of the contract , the estate agents therefore caused me and the landlords communication to breakdown, the landlord has threatenedto kick us out if we dont move as they wrre recommended by Reeds that the house would sell if we were not in it, I therefore despise Reeds, I received a call from a female today trying to arrange a viewing, the lady was rude when i made issue in the fact i could not say what i was doing on the date advised and we are goving notice soon as the landlord wanted, she became unprofessional , my tone then changed and to be honest i raised my voice and got annoyed and swore because of their unprofessional attitude, they hung up, i called back asking to speak to a manager, i knew this person was not a manager as a person called Warren is whom I've spoken to previously this female then advised they were covering so not a manager as advised, this female was argumentative, they said they shouldn't be spoken to at work like this as they are female (irrelevant) ( but they called me), i asvised the issues previously and what has gone on, they did not care and and said you dibt know anything about me, i advised to get them to understand, i advised they have simply spoken to me like this because I am not their customer, they they spoke to me implies they dont record calls , me and the landlord are no longer on speaking terms as this has caused undue stress and anxiety as we have a baby, health issues etc.
Reeds Rains is one of the most unprofessional Estate agents i have come across, I would highly recommend using another as they have essentially guided our landlord into threatening to kick us out.
Reeds caused the breakdown in communication with the landlord further with the info and incorrect issues.
I will be making a formal complaint if able on the ACTUAL managers return.
The person I spoke to obviously does not like speaking to a men since the pulled the speaking to a women card, I work with quite a number of females and have no issues.

Purchasing a house was extremely daunting. However, one thing I was always certain of is that reeds reins would always be on hand to help with whatever worry, query or question I may have. We had our house on the market with a different estate agent for six weeks and we were not happy at all. We contacted Reeds Rains at Chapel House, who marketed our property after we received a recommendation from a family member.
The house went on the market on the Tuesday, we had a viewing on the Wednesday, followed by a full asking price offer on the Thursday.

I went from meeting Reeds Rains to completing the sale of my house in less than two months!
To be honest, I did price it 'competitively' and the buyer was incredibly quick with their solicitors, but I can't complain about the service from Reeds Rains and their conveyancing at all.
I had about 15 viewings almost immediately from marketing the house and this was managed seamlessly. The subsequent sale was also painless with no effort from myself required. So, thank you :-).
