I went from meeting Reeds Rains to completing the sale of my house in less than two months!
To be honest, I did price it 'competitively' and the buyer was incredibly quick with their solicitors, but I can't complain about the service from Reeds Rains and their conveyancing at all.
I had about 15 viewings almost immediately from marketing the house and this was managed seamlessly. The subsequent sale was also painless with no effort from myself required. So, thank you :-).

Very efficient service , the staff were always available when I had any questions. The house sale went through very smoothly after only being on the market for a month. Highly recommend Reeds Rains, especially Todd Nelson and Laura Croft who helped me to sell my house they were both extremely efficient and provided a great service as I could always call in and speak to them whenever I needed to or ring them up in the office as they look after you very well and deal with all concerns and queries you may have with ease. They also updated me constantly throughout the sale process and always made sure I understood what was going on couldn't be more thankful to them both and the reeds rains team.

Been with Reeds Rains coming up to 3 years, always ready to help when needed. Had a plumbing issue yesterday evening and in less than an hour Amber Tildesley had sorted a contractor to come out first thing. Great service from her, always friendly and ready to help. I would recommend reeds rains to anyone looking to rent in Manchester.
