I am using Rook Matthews Sayer as a mortgage broker and I have to say that Michael Storey has made the whole experience so far feel very calm and easy. He's been incredibly patient with my constant questions and very reassuring this entire time. His knowledge and quick response is nice.
The whole staff at the Fenham branch have been very welcoming and friendly. Everyone there is happy to help.
Highly recommend to anyone that is looking to get on the property ladder and needs some guidance.
