Do not recommend this company. They are scammers and racists who treat people badly and only think of their profit. They asked for 5 rents up front before finalising contracts, plus asking an excessive amount for the deposit. Authoritarian out of nowhere.... Read more

If your planing to get robbed daylight then go for this Agency they will go out there own way and make you repair their own houses ( housing act 1988 clearly states that the agency and the landlord has to do internal and external repairs not the tenant !) the fact that they will bring out old pictures and blame you for damages ???? and then hijacked your deposit and not give it back by making stupid excuses saying the law states this and the law states that well in fact it doesn’t it’s clearly that they make up rules as they go along and they will charge way off your budget for example a two bed I used to stay in was £1,300 and now there Charing £1,450 I’m shocked on a level literally robbery during daylight !! I wish I was only finished with these but I’m sure I’m not the only one who had issues with these idiots who clearly is uneducated enough to be making up rules as they go along I’m sorry but no agency company sits there and steals the client or tenants money and then blame each others saying you need to ask this person or that person.. the government needs to wake up and stop allowing stupid people like these lot to be buying or even letting homes as they are SCAMMERS!! Also getting family members to up your google reviews to support your uneducated business is not gonna help the truth will always come out how you scam people and lie to your clients.... Read more

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with BDS Property. They are attempting to claim £3,000 from my deposit, despite several issues that should not be my responsibility. Here are the key points: Fire Door Installation: I installed a fire door, as confirmed by pictures and packaging. I informed the landlord, Okkes Sako, and he acknowledged this on 20th May. Despite this, BDS Property falsely claims otherwise. Misleading Inventory Report: The inventory report includes a picture of a broken door and a picture of a broken basin, ignoring the repair I made, which misleads the DPS and impacts my deposit claim. New Tenants Agreement: The new tenants agreed to keep the picture frames and TV mount, even purchasing the frames from me. The agents themselves agreed in person that these items could remain as the new tenants wanted them. Unfair Charges: The agents are making false claims to unfairly charge tenants. This has caused significant stress, especially during the current cost of living crisis. I strongly advise caution when dealing with BDS Property, as their practices have proven to be misleading and unfair.... Read more
