But I needed to mention this about a gentleman called Haydar from KFH Estate Agent, Finchley branch who was so committed to finding my family and I a rented accommodation. He was extremely dedicated. The fact that he did find two beautiful properties to rent. We decided that the location wouldn't be suitable due the proximity of where our son's school is. Nevertheless, He was so determined. Although in the end, we ended up renting through another estate agent in the area we required. Haydar even called to check if everything was ok with the decision we made and to offer his services if/when required in the future! Now that's what you call "Customer Service" at its best! Searching For Flats' accommodation in London could be very challenging. Many Letting agents we contracted during our search for a 2 bedroom flat, never got back to us; whereas those who got back to us, either that the pictures of the properties they advertised were of lower standard compared to the real properties they advertised, or the demands they placed on the properties were horrible.
Coming to KFH, they're expectional Letting Agent.
The property is ????% of what i saw online and their staff were always ready to assist and highly considerate. Giona Bare and Randall Nekadio are great assets to KFH

KFH Finchley have been an absolute blessing from the go. Having previously tried (and failed) to sell and buy using online estate agents, the difference is simply spectacular. Hannah Willis in particular could not have been any more knowledgeable and any more helpful. She has almost literally moved mountains to support me with my many queries and she was always in the know about every single little step of a complex property transaction. Hannah was always extremely friendly and happy to chase whoever needed chasing and without her I do not think we would have been able to exchange and complete either on our sale or on our purchase. Poor customer relations, lack caring attitude, was told that I would have only 20 minutes to see property as she was busy.
Really disappointed. Just received a phone call from estate agents who insisted that I remove from comments about the shocking way I was treated explained that I'm disabled and he was stressing me out but he would not listen, I terminated the call. My experience with KFH is mixed. Over the phone, each member of staff was personable, knowledgeable and helpful . However, several times they failed to either return calls or follow-through on actions, which often lead to chasing after them for things.
Sometimes members of staff would say they would come back to us with a piece of information or an answer to a question, only to receive no word and then be told that person had gone on annual leave. This happened more than once. All in all it wasn't a deal-breaker, but it definitely made the process more frustrating than it needed to be at times.
In summary, my experience with KFH was in-line with my experience with most letting agencies in the past. Polite & professional with a healthy pinch of inconvenience to keep things exciting!

She has given me constant reassurance, gone above and beyond to call potential buyers instead of solely relying on advertising and has an informative non salesy approach, as opposed to ALL of the other estate agents that I’ve dealt with in Finchley.

Terrible service. My mum arranged a flat viewing in Finchley yesterday and no one arrived. She waited in the rain for over 30 minutes. The agent who was supposed to show her around didn’t bother to call her on her mobile to let her know the viewing had been cancelled. When she phoned the office to find out what had happened she found them very arrogant and unsympathetic with no apology. She was told that the flat was no longer on the market.

FOREIGNERS FLEE! LANDLORDS FLEE! SCAMMERS ALERT!
They stole my deposit and refused to review my garantor. They would rather have me pay 6 months in advance (which is illegal), than to review my guarantor (which means less protection for the landlord).
They take agency fees when they do zero work and never answer their emails! They also take referencing process fees to review foreigners which is impossible because they come from another country.
DO NOT GO TO THIS AGENCY!

I can't praise KFH highly enough. From day 1 when Dinesh came to value our property we felt complete confidence that they would provide the best service. We recently used KFH in north Finchley where they were the vendors' agents on a property that we purchased. I have to say that even though they were ultimately acting on behalf of the vendor, they (Luke Kkama) did all they could to assist us with the purchase. Personable, efficient and communicative - all we could have asked for. We were so happy with the service that we also used the same office (Dillon Brown) for the letting of our old property. That process was equally smooth.

Worst letting agent ever. They forgot to tell the landlord we wanted the flat unfurnished. 3 days before we were due to move, they said we should look for another flat. I had to escalate to their manager, who it turns out, was trying to hide the mistake they made to the landlord and their HQ. It took 2 days to solve the issue. They promised the landlord was very good, which was not the case. He left us with damp issues for 3 months. We broke the contract after 3 months and moved out. They were equally negligent and difficult to deal with when we left. We are now over 6 weeks after the exit inventory and are still chasing for it. They lied to us repeatedly throughout the whole process. I would stay far away.

As the buyer I didn't feel pressured by Luke which was great as that would have made me walk away from the purchase. Not happy at all.
First of all they didn't care when we moved in if the flat was clean and tidy. We spent three days cleaning!.
Before moving in, they include a clause in the contract to pay in advance for everything, deposit, fees, inventory, but nothing when you leave. The deposit repaiment takes between 2 and five days when you leave....we asked to get it asap...and they answer like you need to read the contract...so anpolite..
They show the flat without advising previously the day they're getting in. And take pictures of private things that don't belong to the flat.
And the last is they charge you for references...

I met Dinesh, Lee and Aaron about a year ago when trying to buy another property and although that didn’t work out, when I decided to remarket my property I did not hesitate to giving my property to the KFH guys who I had build a relationship with.
KFH attended all of the viewings in person and took great care to vet the applicants.
Once under offer they were extremely pro-active and instrumental to help get to exchange without issue. A very honest and transparent agent to deal with. I would highly recommend to anyone buying or selling in the area and wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

Just wanted to leave a quick review to share my experiences with KFH. As an agent myself, I have very high (perhaps unfairly so) standards when it comes to agents. I found Aaron Hill to be head and shoulders above any other agent that I dealt with. He was punctual (very rare!), polite, well presented and most importantly, only showed us properties that were relevant, demonstrating that he actually listened to our brief and had a genuine interest in finding us what we wanted. Whether or not I find something with him now (our search is ongoing) I would certainly call upon his expertise next time around. An asset to his company, thanks for your help Aaron.

Avoid at all cost! Perfect example of how one employee ruins the reputation of a firm. We dealt with Dona and before she left for maternity leave forgot to extend out contract so we were left homeless. We made a mistake of choosing to stay with KFH when we moved to Muswell , same thing , awful estate agents, who provide no service and just want their commission.
