Moving after over 31 years very daunting, throughout the process the one constant we could rely on is Olivia; there for us every step of the way. To get that phone call or email for updates or just to ask us how we were doing has meant so much. The most amazing part is the fact that Bedford's were not our Estate Agents, but further up the chain, that is true dedication to seeing the whole process through. I read some of the reviews before deciding to go with Bedford, so we was excited to phone and arrange selling through them, James said he would email to confirm our appointment, that did not happen, Emerson arrived on the day, ensuring us we would get weekly updates, that was 4 weeks ago and since then we haven't had a phone call, text message or an email, to say we are disappointed with Bedford is an understatement. I'm sorry to say I would not recommend this estate agent

They kept in regular contact throughout the process and dealt with us and our buyers in a professional and straightforward way. We approached Paul for advice on selling our property after the 1st lock-down, we received an excellent proposal and went straight to market. Viewings were handled by James, who tackled the difficult covid situation with total professionalism and guided several prospective buyers around in our absence within a very short time scale. These viewings lead to a successful offer at full asking price within 10 days. From that point Jennie advised regularly on the position of the sale, liaising with both our buyers solicitor & with the various parties with the property we were purchasing. Very pleased with the service provided by Bedfords. Our property was advertised discreetly (without appearing on the Internet or in local papers) at a price higher than we had expected and within a week we had accepted an offer at the full asking price. Between accepting the offer and completion of the sale we were kept fully appraised of progress and despite being in a long chain the whole process went remarkably smoothly.
