We had such an amazing experience with Danielle! We were on a bit of a tight deadline and after a few conversations Danielle had a fantastic idea of what we were looking for. She arranged multiple viewings around our busy schedule - each time meeting us (early) with keys and ready to go. Her knowledge of the area and what type of offerings to expect as well as planned construction were incredibly helpful. When it came down to making an offer - there were two properties and Danielle walked us through the negotiation process as well as setting extra expectations around what was reasonable vs negotiable. She did such a great job (we were on holiday for the finalisation) pairing us with the right property for us, was very contactable and an immense help throughout the entire process (which she wrapped up for us in under 2 weeks!!). A huge thank you to both Chestertons Canary Wharf and Danielle Lisbon!
I have dealt with Chesterton on two occasions, once to buy a property and the other to sell one. They are professional and most importantly very good at communication. I would have no hesitation to buy/sell from them again.
11/10, Klaudia helped me find a beautiful place at great price.
We currently moved out from a foxtons property. And they charged the check out fee which was £165.. We never heard about this fee when moved in ..also the flat condition was domestic cleaning level when we came ! that was completely horrible so we had to clean all up. But for us, we had to hire professional cleaning team and that was £270!and the agency arranged it. That is quite prices but there were no choices. But then, the landlord complained about the cleaning things by calling. It is so upset cos the foxton didn't let us know anything about the whole situation. They rearranged the cleaning team but didn't notice to us and also the landlord. What a joke !
Great attention by Jason Segovia and an impressive range of good options. I definitely recommend them!
Foxtons has professional surface and nice friendly agents, but predatory and expensive. Despite paying GBP440 for in commissions which is already at top of the market, they did their best to try to get more money out of me when I used the agreed break clause. I would not use then again. In general I can tell you that you guys are getting screwed in your so called 'free market'. Transaction cost are rampant and clearly favors the more informed agents/landlord. Not the signs of a well functioning market.
I have been letting a flat for the past year and a half with Alex Neil and just wanted to leave a review. They have been very helpful, always responding to emails and calls efficiently and liaising in a timely manner with contractors to help us get the best out of our flat. As a flat we have really been able to depend on Lucia especially to help us out. I would recommend Alex Neil as a letting agency and look forward to using their assistance again if needed when searching for future properties.
Awful experience trying to sell our flat through this company. They know what to say in order to get your business but when it comes to organising viewings they are terrible. Avoid.
We used 6 agencies, 3 of which dealt with my property listing privately, i found 5 of these well established agencies to have many shortcomings, most of which tell you the things you want to hear and once signed it becomes a different story, so as you can imagine i was a frustrated seller, i approached w j meade, and was literally blown away by billys professional approach, so genuine, a true expert in his field! And a lovely warm honest man who filled us with hope and kept communication at high levels, we felt taken care of and by comparison with all the other agents we had dealt with, i regretted going to all of them, i only needed billy who consistently bought buyers in, kept us informed and ultimately sold our flat whereas the other 5 agencies didnt even reach half way. Thank you billy and entire team at w j meade, the best people for the job!
We asked the agent if he can drive us to the agency after the viewing. He said he was not going back to the agency. So we took a walk, and when we were passing the agency he was there.
