I have been letting property in Bedford through Belvoir since 2013. As a non-resident landlord, it gives me peace of mind to know I can rely on Stephanie Powell and the lettings team. Finding new tenants for a vacant property has always been quick, keeping the void period to a minimum. Any issues that arise are dealt with promptly. I have no hesitation in recommending Belvoir Bedford.

Think twice before buying a house with Belvoir!
We had an offer accepted on a house over 6 weeks ago and in that time Jordan Smith did absolutely nothing and seemed to do his best to obstruct the sale. We chased him continually and got very little update and he did not instruct the solicitors to progress the sale even through he told us he had.
Before putting an offer in on the house we were told that the sellers wanted to get the sale done as quickly as possible so we were very confused when the progress was so slow
Then just over 6 weeks after our offer was accepted Jordan sent us an email to tell us a higher offer had been accepted, he couldn’t even give us the courtesy of a phone call, it was an email sent just as the office was closing. We weren’t even given the option to match the offer.
You have to wonder why Jordan wasn’t doing anything in these 6 weeks, was he waiting for this higher offer?
I would stay away from Belvoir and certainly Jordan Smith as I wouldn’t want anyone else put in this position where they have sold their house and the house theyre moving into gets taken away from them.

Jordon from Belvoir Bedford has been extremely helpful. I am a first time buyer who needed someone to go to for guidance and advice. We used Belvoir in Bedford for 7 years, until Jan 2021, they gave us very good service could'nt be more helpful, only 1 bad tenant who was very good for 3years, then problems with partner i understand, so not down to Belvoir good maintenance team on the ball.
