We gave the team at Belvoir a difficult task of selling 2 homes in order but 1, a difficult journey around Covid but they absolutely came through and were relentless in their efforts, loads of viewings initially so a good effort, enthusiastic sales team and a real credit. I pushed them hard but they did a fabulous job against all the odds.
The rest are not worth considering, Belvoir closed the deal on both properties.

I’d like to thank everyone at Belvoir for all of the help and hard work that was put in to helping us by our first home! I’d like to give a special mention to Natalie! Natalie is incredibly helpful and dedicated and always kept us in the loop which I was so thankful for. I genuinely believe that without all of her efforts and chasing she did on our behalf to overcome the obstacles we faced I don’t think the purchase would’ve gone through when it did. Belvoir Basingstoke took over the management of this property I was renting from another letting company. I found them to be helpful, friendly and professional in all my dealings with them. I have recently moved out from this property and Shahida who carried out the checkout was extremely thorough and professional throughout, and paid me a great compliment in the condition I had left the property, resulting in a full refund of my deposit. I wouldn’t hesitate in renting through them again
