Many thanks to Leon, Paul and the team at Abbotts. Selling my uncle's flat was definitely a marathon not a sprint! The team never gave up when selling this property.

When we finally got a buyer they were pro-active in keeping the sale going. I was always made welcome when I popped in, and any phone calls I made were returned as promptly as humanly possible.

My husband, father-in-law and I would like to express our thanks to each person in the Abbotts Ipswich team, Tim, Leon, Dale and Nicole for their help and understanding with the sale of my father-in-law's property, and search for a suitable retirement home for him to purchase.

All four are polite, genuinely helpful and interested in seeking the best deal for my father-in-law, who is age 85, with limited mobility and limited hearing. Their approach has been professional and understanding throughout. They have taken their time with us, and not rushed my father-in-law or ourselves into making any quick decision, and have each done what they have said they will do.

This has been a huge help to my husband and I. The photographer commissioned to take photos of my father-in-law's property has also done a grand job. Thank you very much to Tim and his excellent team.

I recently sold my parents house initially Paul Ward was my main contact he was brilliant, really helpful and knowledgeable. When he moved to another branch Leon and Nicole took over and I cannot fault them. I would recommend Abbott’s. My experience was excellent!

I have to say that the mixture of friendliness and professionalism at Abbots is amazing! Staff who clearly know their stuff and compliment this with the right attitude to the client. We mostly dealt with Leon, who is most pleasant to deal with, and his level of attention was perfect and not too intense. he truly understands what a client needs. Sophie also helped at times, and she comes across as most helpful and courteous. Thanks for everything!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR RENTAL SERVICES. I have tried over 25 times to call through to the lettings department. They are under staffed, they do not answer the phones. If you are lucky enough to get a call back from anyone you get a poor attitude 0% customer service and the manager Damian as about as useful as a chocolate tea pot. No replies to countless emails and answer phone messages. Do yourself a favour and go with another estate agent as you will be paying for a service that you will never recieve.

I did put an offer for a property with Abbotts, I've asked to provide decision in principle which I did and again I was asked to see their mortgage advisor with all the documents if this is correct. My mortgage broker is from a renowned company, I've provided my mortgage advisor phone number email etc. Still sales negotiator wanted me to go with all the documents. I found they are too pushy and they do not believe the paperwork I've provided. They think they are better then other estate agents in Ipswich. If you have to buy or sell via them, I would advise to avoid them.

Nat, Gabbi & Amy have been so helpful with both the sale of our house and purchase of our new home.
