I have had my property managed by Abbott’s since 2016 through their agent Damian Brown. Damian is the main reason why I will always remain with Abbotts in Ipswich , as Damian has been a huge support and I rely completely on him for the management of my house. Damian has not only always introduced excellent tenants, but has supported me through resolving a lot of difficult situations with previous tenants, prior to his management. Damian always represents and conveys my interests and has helped with negotiations in various situations. He thinks outside of the box and has always suggests constructive options. Even when there has been difficult situations, once involved Damian has a special skill of resolving problems. Damian is also a good listener, is very reassuring and accountable. He keeps to his word and I have always felt comfortable talking to him about whatever difficulties I may have. My experience with Abbots and with Damian as my agent has been in both the position as landlord and tenant and I completely recommend this estate agency for the excellent staff they have. For the excellent service I have received over the years, I am happy to pay full management fees as I know my property is fully protected and managed well. Thank you Damian and Abbotts Ipswich !!

DO NOT USE THIS ESTATE AGENT. Absolutely the worst Estate Agent. 'Damien was useless as the Lettings Manager. He ignores all correspondence and is NOT willing to help with any issues. Does not even deserve one star. Considering you pay over £2000 in charges to move into the property you end up doing the most of the work yourself!!!!

Cheryl and Gaby’s professional competence was matched by personalities that were genuinely warm, kind, and authentic. They were in constant communication with us, responding to our requests, and proactively going out of their way to assist in maintaining the momentum during the buying and selling process. They guided us through the whole process with great expertise. In the thick of things, Gaby even entertained my toddler to allow Cheryl and I to finalise pending paperwork. We always felt at ease when working with them and they are a positive reflection of their team. Cheryl leads a well-organized team who kept us informed about upcoming due dates, changes in scheduling and so on. We would strongly recommend Abbots-Halesworth to anyone looking to rent or buy a property in the area and its surroundings.

Where do I start with Abbott’s. From the moment I met Paul Cobb, I knew we were in good hands. The team, Emma, Sharon, Vicky and Kelvin were all amazing. They were like personal/private estate agents - I felt so well looked after. They did all the work. I felt so relaxed. Our property was an unusual sale as it is a massive house, (not for everyone) some of it is as old as 1836. We were a little concerned it would take forever to sell. Paul reassured us it would sell - no worries. I totally trusted him. You’ll see what I mean when you meet him.
The couple who bought the house absolutely love it.
I have to say, even with the chain being complicated, as the bottom end had a few issues. Abbott’s were on it constantly. They stayed in touch and kept me posted. They reassured me and I can honestly say I never stressed because I felt they really took control of it all for us. I can not recommend them highly enough. They were all superb.
