There's a lot of science and a lot of art to selling a home and Bolton Properties excelled in both for the marketing, which was never going to be straightforward, of my mother's flat. After having several visits from local and national estate agents with wild variations on value and little to no area or market knowledge, people stating they 'think' the property will sell. Chris and his team were the only ones that gave us the confidence that they could not only sell our property, but could also get the price that we wanted. We had a few personal interests that we needed to resolve, and Bolton properties was patient and gave us the time we needed. Hence to say, when we decided to get aggressive with the sale the house was sold within a week, even in the current financial times. The conveyancing solicitor that works with Bolton Properties as part of the sale agreement were also first class, completing within 6 weeks. Every member of staff I spoke to throughout every part of the buying process was super helpful, informative, and got back to me quickly with everything I asked about. I would highly recommend the team at Bolton Properties. I recently used Bolton Properties for the sale of a house in Stoneclough. The sale was agreed within a matter of just 3 weeks of the property going on the market. Chris was very professional in terms of conducting views, advising on how best to market the property and correctly identifying the price at which to place the property on the market. Paige was extremely helpful and professional in arranging viewings, keeping me updated, providing feedback and making the whole process very simple and swift.

A huge asset to the team. These people aren’t just estate agents. You can be sure they will do everything they can for you whether you’re buying or selling through them. Even through the crazy house buying market over the past 6 months nothing was ever too much.
Friendly, helpful, professional, caring and actually genuine. If we decide to sell in the next few years then we know where who we’re going through already.

Well what can I say... The office staff were really helpful and accomodating, nothing was too much trouble all the way through they were excellent.
Chris was fantastic, he was professional and down to earth. He was very direct and to the point, and was patient in explaining the process as it was the first time I had ever sold a property.
Chris was clear and not pushy in the slightest. He was able to give me several options and the information to come to my own conclusion.It was clear he had my best interests and that of the buyer in mind.
Well Chris got me an offer within a day, that I was 100 percent happy with, I know the market was good but less than 24 hours! A man of his word, I would 100 percent recommend Bolton properties.

He is your local award winning estate agent, and working with him you can see why....
I asked him to sell a property in terrible condition, even the rats had packed up and vacated.
Chris worked his magic, wrote an amazing advert for the house.
He listed it at 4pm, by friday morning we had 10 viewings and 8 offers on the table, majority above asking price!
Sold in less than a day!
Chris goes above and beyond, he is friendly, funny, and proceed's with the upmost professionality.

Spoke to Chris Baron at Bolton Properties about a property I may need to sell, my dad might have to have round the clock care. Honestly, the knowledge and professionalism was fantastic. He understood the sensitive nature of what I was going through and gave me excellent advice on the way a sale of this nature proceeds. I've used Bolton Properties on 2 occasions to sell my homes.
Chris and the team at Bolton Properties sold both properties within a 2 weeks of coming onto the market.
Ultimately I believe that this is down to them making sure the house is ' market ready' by giving advice on what we should be doing to sell our home and secondly their marketing of the property.
The staff are fantastic, professional and kept us abreast throughout the sale, making the selling of our houses a breeze( as ultimately it can be very stressful).
What I did like was the fact that they are very reasonably priced and they are honest and realistic with the sale.
I cannot thank you all enough.

Buyers and sellers BEWARE!!! This estate agency employs dishonest agents who lie and don’t even have the shame to admit it later!!! To me it looks like they have deals with investors/landlords/ friends/family members/etc. and they successfully block viewings and potential offers from the public so they sell properties to the above mentioned people and probably get their fair share from it. I would never sell my house through them and I feel sorry for the vendor who has just lost the chance to get a better price for their house. Really, I should have contacted the Property Ombudsman and other relevant trading agencies and ask them to look into it. Shame on you Bolton Properties.

Brilliant Estate Agents they worked hard to sell our house and put it on the market for more than any other had.
We got more for the house than any other estate agent wanted to advertise it for. They took more pictures than any other and were always at the end of the phone if I needed to ask a question.
Nothing was too much trouble I can not praise them enough. If you are looking to sell your house these are the people to use.
