If you are looking for a friendly pro active professional estate agents in the Wirral area I would highly recommend Lesley Hooks. We placed our property on the market with Lesley Hooks after a bad experience with another agent and the experience was like chalk and cheese. I can’t express my gratitude enough for all the hard work that was put in especially Carrie who handled our sale very professionally. If you are looking for a wirral based agent I wouldn’t look any further than Lesley Hooks.

We contacted Lesley Hooks Lettings team as we needed to secure a rented property. However, there was a severe lack of support, understanding and awareness from members of the lettings team. This was so frustrating and it reached its ultimate climax when we arranged a viewing and the member of staff who we met at the property was very abrupt, rude and very dismissive of both our circumstances and requests of their organisation. This was to the extent that she actually mistook us for another client and thought they had our details recorded through their sales progression team. This was so unprofessional and resulted in us not even completing a full viewing on a rental property that we were very interested in.
As we were due to sell our existing property and move into a rental property before our new property is ready next year, this did not assist in the whole process. I would avoid utilising this organisation at all costs

Brought a house through Lesley Hooks, friendly and helpful staff. Special thanks to thanks Rachel and Victoria who kept me updated and chased the seller and solicitor. Other agencies are more focused on getting you to use their mortgage providers as I suspect they get commission!
