I have sold many houses in the past, (16 in total) and Lesley Hooks estate agents have been the best. I had an offer on my home a couple of weeks after putting it on the market. The sale itself was a nightmare due to a very tricky lease extension and the only people talking to me and to all the solicitors involved where the estate agents (Special thanks to Ellenor),
I would give you more than 5 stars if I could.
You were the only ones keeping me sane.

What can I say but 5 stars across the board. The team have been amazing in helping me find a property in Port Sunlight Village. Nothing is too much trouble. I live out of the area which hasn't made viewings easy, however, they have been so accomodating with this. They have demonstrated an understanding and have worked with me every step of the way, for which I am very grateful.
I cannot speak highly enough of this service and have no hesitation in recommending them as an estate agency who make you feel that you are "special" as a client. Thank you team Hooks!

I found the staff at Lesley Hooks to be very friendly and approachable. They explained processes and procedures without 'blinding me with science' and kept in touch to provide up-dates of how things were progressing in the 'chain'.

Can’t fault these Estate Agents when it comes to getting issues sorted; however, I am here to express the annoyance of the pesky visits every 6 months. Having to make yourself available on a given time in the midst of other house problems that require contractors. It just feels like you don’t get a break and it’s exhausting. When there has been no concern in past visits you would think that maybe the check ups would come less often at least, it starts to feel quite invasive.

I cannot speak highly enough of the service provided by Lesley Hooks and her team. I already rent property through them, and have always been impressed by their efficiency, courtesy, and the general sense of warmth and friendly service from everyone in the office. More recently, I put a property up for sale, and received excellent advice from Josh in valuing and marketing the property, and from his colleagues who communicated with me swiftly and clearly as the marketing and viewings developed. Based on their advice, I received very swift and acceptable offers but then for personal reasons had to withdraw the property from the market. In spite of not being able to proceed, I was again treated with courtesy and understanding. I can’t imagine that I could have received better advice, service, or understanding anywhere else, and would certainly call on their support in any future transactions. I recommend them unreservedly.

I’m a bit delayed with the review due to circumstances, however, here goes. What an outfit, our house was up for sale for 7 weeks with another agent with absolutely no luck, these guys sold it in a day, then throughout the process they were relentless with the solicitors, pushing all the time to get sorted, Jake was like a dog with a bone and honestly sped things up by at least 6 weeks with his refusal to take no for an answer. Fantastic service from start to finish, highly recommended!!!

They have let and managed a property for me over a 5 year period and recently sold a property on my behalf.

After a couple of years renting out my property and Leslie Hooks managing that for me, I recently put the house on the market with them. They say it’s a stressful process, but I can honestly say the team at LH made the whole thing completely stress free for me.
I work abroad and the team at Leslie Hooks have managed the whole process perfectly and with a smile on their faces. Rachael sorting the marketing and viewings, and Jake, who, from day one, has gone far beyond that which may be expected from an estate agents to ensure a smooth and swift sale. Never once did I feel uninformed or have to chase them. He arranged inspections with the council, replacement documents where I’d lost things, visits and revisits by inspectors, I can’t imagine how a team could be more customer focussed, efficient and capable.
I can’t thank them all enough, but one thing is for sure, I’d never use anyone else.

Book an appointment for a viewing on the Monday and I am told earliest viewing in Saturday. Not a problem, get booked in.
Get to the Friday and I receive a call to say offer has been accepted. There was clearly earlier viewing times, but they have failed to tell me this.
Useless as ever
Just had a conversation with the owner. Turns out she is just as ignorant as the staff and fails to see how they have yet again failed in customer service
Fortunately she gave her staff training on how not to be rude from last time I dealt with them….
I was also promised that going forward, I would only ever deal with Lesley direct. When I questioned her on this, I was told that she may have said this, but can’t guarantee it as she is not always in the office. Luckily for us all, she works 14 hours a day

We contacted Lesley Hooks Lettings team as we needed to secure a rented property. However, there was a severe lack of support, understanding and awareness from members of the lettings team. This was so frustrating and it reached its ultimate climax when we arranged a viewing and the member of staff who we met at the property was very abrupt, rude and very dismissive of both our circumstances and requests of their organisation. This was to the extent that she actually mistook us for another client and thought they had our details recorded through their sales progression team. This was so unprofessional and resulted in us not even completing a full viewing on a rental property that we were very interested in.
As we were due to sell our existing property and move into a rental property before our new property is ready next year, this did not assist in the whole process. I would avoid utilising this organisation at all costs

Having interviewed over twelve different agents in my area for the job to sell my house, I plumped for two in the village where I lived.
