From the moment I met Lesley when she came to value my late dad’s flat, I knew I’d found the right estate agent to help me through what can be a difficult process. Lesley is efficient, friendly, and has a manner which immediately puts you at your ease. This was very important for me as a seller and would also be to prospective purchasers.
Lesley’s positivity and the feeling that she goes the extra mile to support sellers and buyers is also reflected in the attitude of the office staff at Martin & Co. Whenever I have popped into the office or phoned, I’ve felt welcomed and as if nothing is too much trouble. They all make you feel like yours is the most important property on their books and never like you’re just one of many.
We had an offer on the flat within the first week of being on the market, and I couldn’t be happier with the service Ive had.

Lesley was really helpful when showing us around a property I was looking to buy , giving great advice. She also gave me prompt and informative updates on an offer I made, and didn’t try to force a commission sale of a mortgage advisor on me like most estate agents I’ve dealt with in the past try to do. Would recommend and looking forward to working with her again in future hopefully in pursuit of my first house

I had an excellent experience with Martin & Co, and I can’t recommend them enough! I viewed a property last Friday, where I met Cath. I originally had my eye on another property and Cath went above and beyond in order to make things happen. She arranged a viewing for the next day, which saved me an extra 10 hours long journey from London to Wirral, the offer was made right after the viewing and accepted on the next business day. Both Cath and Sheena were incredibly supportive and brilliant throughout the process, making everything smooth and stress-free. Their professionalism and dedication truly stood out. Quickly response, transparent communication and regular updates are deal breakers. If you’re looking for a reliable and helpful letting agent, Martin & Co is the place to go!
