Just viewed a property as well as having a valuation. At the property viewed we were met promptly by a lovely friendly girl from Ball & Percival who introduced us to the owner of the property and helped show us around. She clearly had a good & genuine rapport with the owner which I thought was impressive and showed she took a real interest in the people she was helping in selling and buying their homes. The same day a young man from the company viewed our property. He was friendly, polite, knowledgeable and again seemed like a real people person who wanted the best for the customer. I have dealt with estate agents in the past but haven't come across any as customer focused as this company. Would definitely recommend.... Read more
