BFL West Kirby worked tirelessly to manage over 30 viewings for our deceased parents house, which included hosting all the viewings themselves, providing feedback, and being particularly pro-active with viewers to pursue a sale. The whole team were always responsive, professional, sale-orientated, and considerate of our personal situation. Mark in particular went beyond the extra mile. Huge thanks to the whole team.

Carly and the team in West Kirby excelled at their jobs. We had bumps in the road with our sale which they sorted. I felt like everybody I spoke to cared about the outcome for my family. I would happily recommend them as they represented good value, a personal service, and seem to be well connected to find the right buyers.

These guys are amazing. We had a vague idea of downsizing and went to look at a flat which turned out to be not quite what we wanted. But Carly, who had quickly got the length of us, immediately suggested we look at a bigger property which we would never have though of viewing without her input. As soon as we walked into it it felt exactly right - brilliant location, exactly the right size for our visiting family, near the shops, lovely bright rooms. Incredibly, the people who lived there expressed an interest in our own house, eventually resulting in our doing a straight out house swap. It was not without problems, (none of them to do with BFL,) but Mark who handled both our sale and our purchase was a total legend, chasing up solicitors and offering support and help wherever humanly possible. It was quite unexpected to stumble on a house agent who would give such service and be so willing to go the extra mile.
We are now installed in our beautiful new home and very happy indeed. Thank you all at BFL and especially Mark, we can't recommend you too highly.
