Sale staff kept saying they were going to come and see the house, but nobody came other than the original valuer

The whole team at BFL have been great in trying to find us a suitable property. Special mention should be made of Stephen and Anya, both have been unendingly positive and have adapted their property suggestions as they have received our feedback, something that other agents should be doing but it remains a rare talent amongst the profession.
