The most traumatic and horrendous experience imaginable! I'm still recovering from the stress that the team there caused me! If I had known in advance as to how they would treat me I would never have gone there! If it was'nt for Emma rescuing my sale and helping me at the last minute then my sale would have fallen through!

These guy know how to milk you & your landlords for cash on the letting side of the business (they are Part of the venmore group). Read the small print 1) Should you become a periodic tenant (after your initial agreement i.e 6 months ), your rent will be increased by 5% as per your original tenancy agreement so no rolling contract unless you want your rent to rise by 5%. 2) We make a nominal administration charge of £60 inc. VAT for a fixed term
renewal. So if that's every 6 months then that's £120 a year they also charge the landlord every time for this as well. watch out hidden fees everywhere !!!!

Just an update: The Tenant Fees Act will come into force on 1st June 2019. So they are trying to renew all tenancy agreement which fall after that date now! if your renewal fall after June 2019 wait & ask for the charge to be removed. If you are looking to move into one of the properties you will be quids in if you can wait till June!

Arranged a viewing of a property we are interested in buying which was cancelled 1 minute before we arrived after driving 45 minutes to see. Excuse was clearly a lie as it would mean noone could ever access the property and the agent wasnt at the house as we arrived and they put the phone down. Incredible waste of time.
