It’s been a long process from October to February when Amy took over my sale. Straight away from initial contact I knew Amy was the right person to deal with my sale. Continuous updates . They have kept me up to date with the whole selling process. This has helped my selling experience stress free. Becky was extremely knowledgeable about the property and took the time to answer all of my questions. What really stood out was how she helped me look beyond the work that needed doing, offering great ideas and helping me visualise the property’s potential. Her enthusiasm, professionalism, and insight made the viewing a really positive experience.

Helpful information received at the start and good communication received through to the sale. The property advert listed was inviting to potential buyers and a sale was agreed (STC) in a short period of time. The valuation figure was not acheived, not sure whether that was acheivable over a longer period on the market or set slightly too high.

Jamie, Owen and the rest of the Venmore team have offered an amazing service in selling our home. From the initial call to the sale agreed communication has been fantastic. I feel Venmores undestood completely what a stressful time this is for families, and supported us throughout with clarity of procedures and reassurance. They answered questions thoroughly, were always available to talk when we called the office and were timely in responding to emails. They were mindful of my particular anxiety and I can honestly say that, although the process was smooth for us, as issues and worries are pre empted and clarified - the team genuinely care about their customers. We were going to choose an estate agent we had worked with on the past - I am so glad we went with Venmores - a 5 * service!

We were very happy with the service provided by Bradshaw Farnham and Lea. All the staff were keen to provide us with updates and suggestions for possible property searches. The solicitors who were assigned to our sale and purchase were efficient, constantly in contact with ourselves and the other solicitors involved. Thank you Gethin and team.

Exceptional service from start to finish. The team at Bradshaw Farnham & Lea made the entire process feel personal, friendly and professional.
A special mention must go to Laura and Kyle, who have been brilliant throughout and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Their communication was outstanding, and they were always on hand to answer questions and provide updates.
For every viewing, they were there early, opening up the property, adjusting blinds and ensuring everything was ready before we arrived. They were knowledgeable about the houses we viewed and, if they didn’t know the answer to a question immediately, they always followed up promptly by email or phone.
From making our offer through to it being accepted, we felt fully informed and supported. What really stood out was how personal the experience felt. Unlike some of the more transactional experiences we’ve had with other estate agents, Laura, Kyle and the wider team took the time to get to know us and made the whole process much less stressful.
We wouldn’t hesitate to use Bradshaw Farnham & Lea again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property. Thank you for making what can be a daunting process such a positive experience.
