We had a great experience selling our home with Venmore - Allerton. The valuation and predicted sale price was accurate. We got a much higher valuation than we had originally been quoted by two other vendors. The viewings were well coordinated and a lot if interest was gathered, which led to multiple offers and us ultimately selling at a price higher than we initially expected. We would recommend them to anyone selling in the Liverpool and Merseyside area.

Lacking in empathy, very little performance feedback from online stats. Every contact appeared hurried. Damage to property whilst handling viewings

The team in the office have been very professional & helpful. Communication has been excellent.
Julie in the office is an asset and a pleasure to work with, making this a pleasant experience, as the whole team have.
So glad I chose this estate agent as we are really pleased with the service they have given. I would definitely use them again if I needed an estate agent. A***

Amazing experience from start to finish. I was with another agent for 6 months who told me to lower 50k off market value in order to sell. Bradshaw came in, told me to remain the price as is and they sold it within a few weeks.
My only regret is not going with them from the start.
