9th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)Terrible service - we called the office as we could not find the flat we were supposed to view(we had the postcode but no number for the road was provided), lady on the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful, kept saying that they had a lot viewings already booked for the flat and did not help at all. In the end we did not attend the viewing as we could not find the flat. Avoid.

When the sale appeared threatened by stalling solicitors Whitegates got ‘on the case’ and we sold the property, well done!!- 30th Mar 2024 (19 days ago)I think my review is way over due but has always been on my mind as I’m forever grateful to William H Brown Dewsbury. The help and attitude I have received from them has been so positive which has made it so much easier for myself. I am especially grateful to Liam who has been incredible throughout. With me constantly ringing and emailing with anything I didn’t understand as it being my first property Liam was always quick to responds. Thank you and sorry for having to deal with me pestering you all ???? I have already recommended the branch and Liam especially to anyone who talks to me about buying a home and still one year later I am doing the same. I will always be grateful to you guys for helping me achieve this moment in my life as someone who didn’t think they could and for making it EXTREMELY easy and beneficial for me! Thank you so much ????

With the market constantly increasing we managed to find a house which we could renovate and put our own mark on it within our budget. A massive thankyou to Gemma who helped us get our home. She kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. She gave us updates when necessary and made the sale happen. I have dealt with other estate agents before and found nothing but issues. But bramleys has been fantastic! Thankyou Gemma

7th Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)Recently bought a bungalow from someone who actually works at SW Property. The bungalow was left in a filthy state, with piles of rubbish left by the overflowing bins. I obviously contacted the estate agents who passed on my message to the vendor. I wanted the property to be either cleaned or for a team of cleaners to be paid to go in. She said someone would come in half an hour to clear the rubbish. No one ever arrived. The vendor said to go through a solicitor re the cleaning. My sister had a similar situation. The estate agents sent round a team of cleaners and billed the vendor. No such service from this company They had also refused to meet me at the property to show me how the burglar alarm worked etc. I would certainly not recommend this team. Very unprofessional in my view

A special shout out to Jack for keeping us up to date all the time and recommending mortgage advisers and attorney's. His support from start to finish was greatly appreciated.
18th Mar 2024 (4 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Heidi was there to answer any questions and calls straight away and made the process quick and stress free. Craig couldn’t have helped us enough, he let us take our time when we went for our second viewing to take some measurements and helped us the day we moved in with some things we were unsure about. Both were helpful, friendly and accommodating! Thank you so much.

He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead. From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook. On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,. When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed. At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through. We can’t thank Rhys enough for what he did for us. He is a real credit to his trade and we would throughly recommend using him to friends and family. Again thank you Rhys Henry

Nothing is ever too much trouble and you can rely on them to action things quickly and professionally.
