All the staff in the team are friendly, helpful, and professional. We did a few viewings with Bridges and, compared
to some other agents, we are impressed with their honesty about the properties and the local knowledge about the areas. Bridges are also very helpful referring the broker and the solicitor we ended up using. The broker was also great and helped us a lot.

Really disappointed with the (lack of) service. I made an offer two days ago and despite constant chasing no one has called me back. They are clearly delaying so they can show more people round over the weekend to try to get rival bids going. I don’t think this is a good or professional way to treat people

We've just bought our first property in the UK, through Bridges. Can't recommend them highly enough. Kind, polite, friendly, professional, and helped us every step of the way. Everyone we dealt with in the office was great. They also recommended the mortgage advisor we ended up using - also superb service.

Walking alongside the Thames is a nice experience with swans and other birds along the way. The bridges over the river are nicely decorated and have a dedicated walking tunnel under.

We instructed Bridges after a personal recommendation and we're very glad that we did. Andy and his team were always professional, friendly and pragmatic. The team managed to arrange 3 viewings on our property before it was listed and secured a sale after just 6 days.
The team were always quick to respond and kept us fully informed throughout the process. Andy handled some difficult negotiations very well and it was reassuring to have him acting for us. He even found us a new property to buy when our original purchase fell through. We would highly recommend them.

It's the second time we've used Andy and his excellent team and the second time we've been totally impressed by their impeccable service. The first time they sold our house quickly for the asking price and dealt with everything as we moved to New Zealand. This time they sold my 94 year old mums house and just went above and beyond from start to finish. Excellent communication from everyone in the team and they recommend a solicitor and removals company who were also awesome. I was able to manage the whole process from New Zealand thanks to them. We recently sold our house through Bridges and were extremely pleased with the whole process. We were keen for it to be as stress free as possible. We chose not to advertise the house on the Internet, and asked Andy to try and find a buyer through the contacts he already had. We had a number of viewings on the first weekend and accepted an offer. Although this sale fell through at the bottom of the chain, Andy immediately found another buyer and this sale went through within 6 weeks!
I would highly recommend Bridges. Andy has many years local knowledge, I have always found him to be honest and I trust his judgement. All of the team are a pleasure to deal with, professional and efficient.
