Wards tell you all the right things when they come to value the house, promise to be responsive and actively market your property, keeping you up to date with everything. Unfortunately they then acted the total opposite, took days to reply to texts and phone calls, sometimes not responding at all. Said they would do various different things and then when you ask about how it went, they haven’t done it. I wouldn’t recommend I’m afraid... Read more

Unreliable, unprofessional, deserve 0 stars!! This is why estate agents have a bad rep - they lie, they do not deliver on what they promise, they have zero customer skills, and even after contract has terminated still need reminders to do their job (as in remove property from their website etc). Do not touch with a barge pole, there are estate agents out there who actually do their job!! This is not one of them!!!... Read more
