These guys have been fast, responsive and helpful for any request I've had on a range of issues: - new fridge freezer - new washing machine - mattresses - resolving issues with Haringey Council (pain) Chris especially is great. Takes a lot for me to leave a positive review for a letting agents in all honesty so well done Brian Thomas!

21st Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)Excellent team, responsive and helpful. Our property was valued and went on the market just as there was a shock to the housing market with a lot of mortgages withdrawn. Good communication, explanation and tactics were helpful. We eventually had to come down in price but still achieved a good sale price. The property is currently empty but viewings were undertaken without any problem.

12th Sep 2026 (6 days ago)I've been a tenant with Capital Homes for almost 10 years, and I just wanted to leave a review regarding George, who has helped me tremendously with my maintenance issues.<br><br>There were some hiccups when it came to refurbishing my home because I was still occupying the property, but thankfully, George came through for me. I now practically have a brand new house!<br><br>I'm so happy and thankful for George's hard work, dedication, and commitment to ensuring that my children and I have a beautiful place to call home. His help and support have made such a huge difference, and I truly appreciate everything he has done for us.<br><br>My children and I are going to have a lovely Christmas in our new home, and I couldn't be more grateful. His initial valuation seemed rather high to us and was more than other agents suggested but within 2 weeks of listing it we sold our house for slightly more than that price. My only reservation - their recommended EPC provider was unsatisfactory.
19th Aug 2026 (30 days ago)I had an appointment to view one of their properties. Their guy couldn’t be bothered to show up, so he simply didn’t. When I called to ask if anyone was coming as I was already at the property the guy was unfriendly about it. Waste of my time
