If I could give no stars I would. For starters Megan is useless, she brought us for a viewing, didn't even have the right set of keys and rang random people intercoms to get let in, extremely unprofessional. Her manager Ben then took over and I am appalled at how he handled the so-called 'professional' cleaning that was done to the apartment. It was noted on the handover document (Which we only saw after moving in) that the clean was not great yet no cleaner was sent to actually perform a thorough cleaning.

Don't be fooled by fake reviews written mainly by their employees. This company is garbage. They categorize people and do everything to make you pay in advance without even showing you the property. If you are lucky enough to schedule a viewing, good for you, but better not waste your time and look for a better rental company

Colin, the sales manager at Gascoigne Pees was incredibly helpful in what was a challenging sale, because of issues with EWS1. This is specifically related to the selling of flats.
Colin is unique in that he is not just a engaging sales person to find you a buyer. He is also customer-focused and a fantastic project manager. I am exceptionally grateful.

Selling a property is never easy I was dreading it. Then I was put in contact with Colin White that has changed everything for me, going above and beyond is an understatement he has walked me through everything, even things that are out of his usual remit using he wealth of experience over all eventualities and helping me get things sorted pre sale. Colin has been so kind, very helpful, understanding and very professional throughout. You could say it’s his job but the extent he has gone to help me is second to none. Excellent service

I was very impressed with Colin White (Branch Manager). He spoke to me at length about my personal situation offering appropriate and constructive advice. He is extremely passionate about his work and shows empathy and understanding towards his clients. I didn't eventually require his services, but it is clear that Colin is professional and trustworthy. He has his customers' best interests at heart and I would strongly recommend him to anyone selling a property!

We won’t definitely use Gascoigne Pees again.
They were useless in our case, poor communication and very poor customer service.
Every time we went to see the hose we were purchasing, the state agent will stay still at the door and the lady living in the house would be showing us around.
We were purchasing our first home and we didn’t receive any help from the brand Manager Colin, which was CC in every email with the sales Progressor but was nowhere to be found. He just did his appearance after completion was done and we let the brunch know that we were supposed to do a complaint.
We asked him for his manager’s email to put the complaint but we still waiting to hear from him.
We were needing to let them know after 2 weeks moved in to come and remove their sold sign.
The seller was old people without a single bit of help either.

Excellent customer service from Gascoigne Pees in Woking. All the staff that we encountered were extremely professional, helpful and eager to secure a sale on our property, which they achieved within a few days of our initial open day. Special thanks to the manager Colin White who was excellent at overseeing the marketing, and keeping us informed at every stage.
