Stephanie was a treasure to work with, she was accommodating and highly professional. I thoroughly enjoyed finding an estate agent who took time into understanding what I wanted and showing me 5 flats in one day (which she rated best to worst based on my descriptions and she was 100% accurate). Stephanie has been helpful since the get go and I would highly recommend reaching out to her. She is attentive and is happy to go above and beyond the call of duty and work late into the evening and even on her days off. Thank you steph., you have been a great help to myself and Olivia. Foxtons are very good and v professional. Louis, Steph and Joe are 1st class. We look at the competition but they always seem to bring a result home before the rest. Their charges are a bit more than the others but I guess u get what u pay for. They found new tenants for two of our flats this month.... Read more

Stephanie was very professional, persistent, she didn't let go until I found a flat that matched my criteria! She called me from time to time to follow-up, she really cared. What I appreciate as well is that even when I was looking for flats with other agencies, she pushed me to make an offer if I found something that I really liked, I think at this moment she gained even more in credibility, she seems to want the best for the tenant.
