Stephanie was a treasure to work with, she was accommodating and highly professional. I thoroughly enjoyed finding an estate agent who took time into understanding what I wanted and showing me 5 flats in one day (which she rated best to worst based on my descriptions and she was 100% accurate). Stephanie has been helpful since the get go and I would highly recommend reaching out to her. She is attentive and is happy to go above and beyond the call of duty and work late into the evening and even on her days off. Thank you steph., you have been a great help to myself and Olivia. I hope you stay in touch throughout my tenancy and keep me updated with new properties when my tenancy is coming to a close.

Foxtons are very good and v professional. Louis, Steph and Joe are 1st class.
We look at the competition but they always seem to bring a result home before the rest. Their charges are a bit more than the others but I guess u get what u pay for. They found new tenants for two of our flats this month.

Stephanie was very professional, persistent, she didn't let go until I found a flat that matched my criteria! She called me from time to time to follow-up, she really cared. What I appreciate as well is that even when I was looking for flats with other agencies, she pushed me to make an offer if I found something that I really liked, I think at this moment she gained even more in credibility, she seems to want the best for the tenant. I am hoping everything will go smoothly thereafter but in any case, I am happy that she won this "fight"!

We have had a recent experience searching for a property to rent with assistance of the Foxton’s Estate agent Mr. Louis Wingent. Young, ambitious, careful, customer- dedicated, he tried his best and deserves a hard-earned praise. A quick learner, during our several-days extensive search he managed to find for us increasingly better properties, we covered 3-4 viewings a day. Our respect.
Recommend to choose him to be your guide and mediator in the challenging and often tricky property estate environment.

If you could rent or buy from another branch or estate agent altogether I would highly suggest! I suffered a lot from their team in this branch. Impossible to have concise info from them. Do not check the details they sent! DO NOT COMMUNICATE INTERNALLY between themselves and constantly ask you the same damn questions or blame you for THEIR errors! OMG just avoid it will save your sanity !

Sami and Craig. What can I say!! They’ve both been absolutely amazing. I can’t thank them enough for all the help, support, guidance and patience they’ve offered me. Foxtons agents are brilliant and deserve 5 stars. Unfortunately if you are renting or using foxtons to rent your property you will deal with their property managment service. They are disgraceful. I have to deal with them 5 times over 18 months (including move out end of tenancy) and every single time I had to go to the agent after emailing multiple times. They still did not email back. Promised dates were missed by weeks not just days. They have not read the definition of Management.
If you rent from Foxtons, demand a different Management company.

My experience with Foxtons Woking has been great. Unfortunately I didn't end up buying from the properties they had as I eventually went for a property via another agency, but the knowledge of the area that Simon Alexander in particular demonstrated on our numerous viewings was very helpful, as well as his experience with the process and the market dynamics that was very valuable. Foxtons were in general miles ahead of most other agencies I dealt with in Woking in professionalism.
If I decide to do anything with the property (sell, let, ..etc) I know which agency I'll go to first.

I have known Foxtons, WOKING for some years, because of my buy to let portfolio. I have always been impressed by the high quality of Foxtons staff and the excellent service they provide. That opinion has recently been greatly enhanced because they have just sold one of my properties. The level of service provided throughout the sale process was exemplary. The sales manager was always available to help with any questions and the sales negotiator was also very available and helpful. They obtained a good buyer for me at a good price. They kept in touch with developments throughout the sale process. I have bought and sold quite a lot of properties over the years but have never before received such dedicated service and support. I should add that this was quite low value property but had as much attention as a multimillion sale would have done.
I am very pleased with Foxtons in Woking and I strongly recommend them to anyone in the area who needs an estate agent.

We had been through many agents and independent landlords and were not at all impressed with any of the choices presented to us, or the service we received. Finally we came to Foxtons where we were provided with excellent service from start to finish. Probably the best service and support available at the area. Eszter was patient and helpful during the viewings and she was polite and supportive. The services are especially recommended for expats with short time to find a house and there is an option for video viewing. Very very helpful staff and not trying to push a sale. They will let you decide on your own time and have clearly read up on the property they are selling. In the end I did not buy from Foxtons as the property I wanted was advertised elsewhere, but when I upsize in the future I will be contacting Thomas at Foxtons Woking.

Bunch of scam artists! Their emergency line is an answerphone, their customer service is pants once they have you, and they like to falsify signatures. Obviously, I can only talk of my experience with the staff at the time I rented through them, but they were rubbish!

We have been helped incredibly well by their new agent Eszter who is very professional, friendly and always available for questions. She is always smiley and we had a great time with the viewings. Tried to increase my rent by £300 pcm claiming it was a bargain when a property the exact same as mine a few doors down was recently let for £20 pcm less then what I was paying for at the time. The fees are ridiculous, £420 and then requested my boyfriend get the references himself, I said no way! We're paying that you can at least do some work! Renewal fees of £100 every year. Avoid them for renting, there are many agencies in Woking considerably cheaper. Frankly, they should be ashamed.

Massively impressed with the service I received from Louis at Foxtons, Woking. Louis arranged a host of viewings for me at a speedy pace, giving sound advice about the area and my renting options. I eventually chose a different letting agent, purely due to property preference. Louis was supportive of this and even gave a follow up call to make sure everything had gone through okay for me.
Rest assured, I will be using Foxtons again when I look for my next place. Please pass on my thanks to Louis for his professionalism and genuine kindness.

The service Foxtons have provided us as tenants has been nothing short of farcical.
The viewings were mostly pleasant, but it was clear that Emma was not listening to us regarding several of the things most important to us. One of the properties was excellent, so we progressed.
Upon arrival we found that the flat had not been professionally cleaned, still had furniture we'd been assured would have been removed, and were still awaiting confirmation of which parking space was ours. Several of the lights did not work, and a curtain rail was hanging out of the wall.
Sabina, our "Property Manager" was incompetent, slow and, most unforgivably, rude.
The manager of the branch, Tom, was effective when we escalated things to him, but clearly his hiring leaves a lot to be desired.
If you have the chance to avoid Foxtons Woking, please for your own sake do.

Forgive this un asked intrusion as well as taking up your time with this feedback; but, I am compelled to share with you.
Too many years and roles in retail, hospitality to share but lets just say that I spent many years trying hard to get HR and Directors to help Ops deliver motivated, caring souls through a better recruitment, training and development process.
I mention the above not because I am an expert but because the service I have received over a period of weeks from Woking Branch and Louis optimises “owner operator” mentality and not only does he need thanking but so to does HR, yourself and the team behind developing and nurturing his customer care spirit. The company is clearly doing something well.
He is an exceptional ambassador for service and yourselves.

I've been renting in the Woking area for just over five years, and have used the services of three agencies besides Foxtons. Although I can be a very picky customer, Emma patiently presented four different properties at two different times. She was always helpful, and prompt in email correspondence. I was able to chose a flat suitable to my needs and budget, and although slightly more expensive, the in-office and online process was much more streamlined than in other agencies. I found everything about my contact with Monir Khamlichi an absolute pleasure. He was so thorough, and always incredibly thoughtful. We have found a rental property outside of the Foxton Woking's "catchment area" but if we had continued to search for a property in Woking, my wish would definitely have been to be under Foxton's wings.
