A very nice letting agency, smooth and reliable.
They supported us since the beginning even though the landlord was not much of the help and never responds to the call for so many issues like electrical appliances and some window and plumbing related problem but the letting agency could not do much because it was not in their hand.
They still did try to resolve the issue which was not their job and we appreciate it.
I would always recommend this letting agency to everyone.

Very unprofessional agents. Have a specific bias towards people of colour, I guess. Rented out a property from them at William booth place, it was a hassle to get them to attend to faults. The heater was broken for more than 6 months, they never arranged for it to be fixed. Fed up, we vacated the apartment. Beware of fraudulent deductions they make from the deposit amount after vacating the property. Had deducted 85£ to throw away a bag of garbage, that we accidentally left outside the apartment door while vacating, even though we offered to remove it later that day. To immigrants who move to this country & who do not have much knowledge or exposure of how the law works for tenants, these agents take it to their advantage to refuse to provide the services due. Wouldn’t recommend the Letting centre.

Chris oversaw our move, and was very helpful and courteous. The friendliness and support from everyone at The Letting Centre is a breath of fresh air considering we've only previously dealt with Central London agents. The wine and chocolates in the fridge were a welcome treat on our moving in day!

Honestly cannot rave enough positivity about lettings centre. Special mention to Chris and Luke who are and absolute credit and shining example of how lettings /estate agents SHOULD be ! Knowledgeable. Kind. Fast reply/ actions making for a very easy and smooth transition into going into your new home which is so refreshing as the process is always stresfull even to the most accustomed renter/buyer/seller/landlord. So if your trying to find the right estate agents... Letting centre in Woking are the one!

Great experience with The Letting Centre from start to finish! The agent we worked with, Chris, was so helpful in arranging multiple viewing so both me and my partner could see the property, sometimes outside of working hours and helped us negotiate a great rental deal.
Chris was really communicative and helpful throughout, the polar opposite of the letting agency our previous agreement was with! Chris and his team even very kindly left us a surprise of a bottle of wine and chocolates in the fridge for us to find when we first arrived - very welcome surprise indeed!
This agency really cares about it's customers, both tenants and landlords, unlike so many of the others that I have had experience with!

I find the letting centre an Excellent company, I found the whole team (Luke, Dean and Becky) extremely helpful, professional and caring. Any problems or questions and they are on the ball immediately. They make you feel very very welcome and I would definitely recommend using this company.

The letting centre woking would be a nice place minus afew characters who are ruining the business and make it so hard for other people to deal with you.
Iam 4 months old in one of their properties and they started well and are still fine but today was so shocked the way Luke treated me like i dont matter to this business or know what iam talking about. As far as am concerned a customer in any business is always the boss whether wrong or right but he was so RUDE to me yet he was aware of what i was talking about as hes the same person that took me through the process of aquiring that property. Luke may i please remind you that iam not getting free services and would therefore expect respect as a customer. Your colleagues treat me well but you are always acting funny am about to think your a racist. Yes i have said it RACIST. The earlier you change the better for all of us because am not getting free services here.

I would just like to start by saying that the team at the letting centre are great. They make you feel very welcome and at ease.they
Cater for all your needs and find you the place you want.
They do 99% of the paper work too.Which is good.
If you get any problems Dean and luke get the job done.
I've been with a few estate agent in my time, but I have NEVER had the service and response that Dean and luke provide it's 1st class professional team.

I have been a tenant of the letting centre for many years and I can honestly say that they are an excellent company who cater to the needs of their tenants. Their knowledge of the local area is excellent, which is very useful if you're new to the area and they work with you in order to achieve all your requirements as a tenant.

I'm a Japanese and not good at speaking English, so they very kindly supported me to prepare every setting up to live. Also they always correspond to my requests quickly.
I rarely appreciate their kind help and reccomend everyone who is thinking to live in Woking to use The Letting Centre.

Have had a very good experience securing a property to rent through the letting centre. Everything was sorted quickly and efficiently by the Assistant Manager Dean. All my queries were responded to immediately and I was helped every step of the process. I managed to get what I wanted in a tight time frame. Was very pleased and happy with the service received!

Terrible service; the staff just ignore you- e-mailed them (twice), phoned them, and then even went in to talk to them!
During the phone call the guy even denied having an properties that matched our budget, suggesting that I upped it by £100/month; until I pointed out there were 3 on the website- where then he admitted there were.
If you do end up going with them, then, I'd recommend you check your figures twice!
