I purchased a house from Steve Carter of Carter Williams, which I then put on the rental market. Steve was very professional and sourced me a very good tenant. Over the four years, I owned this property Carter Williams found me another tenant, dealt with any problems with the property, took care of paperwork and collected the rent on my behalf. In March 2020, Carter Williams sold the property for me. Communication on the sale was seamless, and Steve Carter and his team, provided a top quality, professional service. I would have no hesitation in recommending them, or indeed using their services again.

After years of noisy and difficult tenants, my life has improved considerably since Carter Williams took over management of the next door shared house in Bath Road. The house now has pleasant responsible tenants who are no problem to me at all.
