Sell it have just sold my property for me, I was very impressed since they first came over to value the property. Tom and Mark came to value it and were very professional, took really good pictures, were really friendly and in general I had a very good first impression. Sarah Hazeldine then took over and found a sale very quickly, she was very helpful, really friendly and again very professional. With other agents I have found after sales to be quite poor, but with Sarah she was constantly chasing the solicitors and buyers and letting me know where we are at. In this instance, despite reviewing an "estate agent" it may surprise you to know that I am writing as I was very impressed with Tom Howling At Sell It Homes! Tom was a very effective agent and even though we did have some rough patches he proved himself to be reliable, dedicated and efficient. We would not have completed within the time frames we did, had it not been for Tom.
