We had a disappointing experience with Christies in Sutton but John & Mark(who had joined the branch recently) at the Banstead branch ensured we were sorted by persevering over and above their line of duty & chasing the chain below to ensure our own property in the Midlands was sold. We really appreciate how they kept a finger on the pulse, chasing our vendor who was overseas & ensuring that we completed & moved into our new property just one week before Christmas. They fought our corner more than our own estate agents in the Midlands did. We are very grateful to both of them.

I cannot praise the teams at Christie’s enough. When selling our house, guiding us through, taking the photos and video they were very professional. There are good estate agents around but WOW Christies smashed it!

We had a really positive experience buying a property listed through Christies in Banstead. The initial viewing with Adam was great and contrasted to other viewings we had in that we felt we had adequate time to view the property, ask questions and consider our offer. Adam was really knowledgeable about the listing, and there was no pressure to the situation at all. The buying process from then was very smooth, with both Charlotte and Adam keeping in contact to update on how things were progressing. Overall a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Christies, or to use them again in the future myself.

Where to start.. Adam, Charlotte, Maria & Donna have been absolutely fantastic in dealing with the sale of our property.
