I couldn’t recommend Huggins Edward’s & Sharp Bookham enough. From the first viewing Nick was honest, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Nick ensured that the whole buying process was as straightforward as possible and kept all parties well informed. By far the best estate agents we have ever used (we’ve sold and bought multiple house previously) and would recommend them to anyone.

Saunders understand their market and are lovely to deal with as a buyer.

On one hand, the lady who facilitated the viewing was very professional, a clear asset to your team. However, regrettably, I had a grossly different encounter with the manager. Their behaviour was disappointing, falling short of what one would expect of a professional in such a prominent role. This unprofessionalism overshadowed my experience and has left me with concerns regarding future interactions.

They were professional, communicated with honesty and warmth, and got back to me quickly if I had a query. If I sell somewhere down the line , I will definitely go back to them! Many thanks to Ushers.

She's been extremely professional and understanding of our situation, whilst managing to find us a buyer within 2 weeks! Cannot praise Sammy enough throughout this whole time. Polite, courteous and pleasure of doing business with her, would highly recommend.

Her experience in the property industry shone through and her willingness to arrange a viewing despite our property not being on the market was much appreciated and very rare these days. It was a joy to deal with her and the Cubitt and West team.

18th Mar 2024 (9 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
