Contacted The Personal Agent this morning for a New Malden property but was redirected through to a different office instead. Despite it not being his catchment, Simon was incredibly helpful and very kindly set me up on their system and then he liaised with the correct office to get me a viewing (again, out of his own area). Very helpful and lovely experience, thank you Simon!

I finally exchanged Contracts yesterday and am overjoyed as was a stressful transaction with vendors having chain involved with myself chain free and a first time buyer.
Samantha voller went beyond the lime with keeping me updated and calming my nerves she was absolutely fantastic and I cannot recommend her enough.
Anybody considering purchasing a property the personal agent is a very excellent agent especially Samantha going above all set standards delivering first class service.

After previously leaving a 5* review at the beginning of the process of buying a property through The Personal Agent (after being asked by Samantha to do so), I'm amending my review accordingly. The initial viewing was pleasant and Samantha seemed friendly and willing to help, which we were grateful for. However, once liaising directly with the vendors after our second viewing, it came to light that the agents had outrightly lied to both parties, subsequently causing unnecessary pressure and panic. The branch manager, George, and Samantha were constantly (and quite rudely and abruptly) chasing both parties and our solicitors multiple times a day, pushing for unrealistic timeframes that no one had agreed to. Once called out on the relentless chasing, Samantha's response was unprofessional and ultimately stated that it was her job to chase and that our message would not deter her from continuing to chase persistently until completion. Having a number of experiences with estate agents throughout our property search, and speaking with numerous people who have had similar experiences, it seems that most branches of The Personal Agent are only interested in earning their commission, and don't truly care about their clients, which is evident in how both parties are treated.
If considering selling or buying a property through any of The Personal Agent branches, I would strongly recommend not to.

Samantha has been great so far with helping secure an offer and progress the sale of our house. She is very professional and answers emails very quickly. Clearly takes pride in her work.
We also had a good experience when buying a house with Personal Agent a few years ago.
