Had two viewings with this branch, one today at Neville close in Banstead. I'm very bad with names but we had the same estate agent both times and I just wanted to say he's so lovely! For my first ever visit to Banstead it was a pleasure to be greeted by Holly at the house that I was interested in. She had offered me a viewing appointment on the only day and at the only time that was convenient to me. Her manner throughout was both courteous and friendly; she provided me with useful supplementary information about the house; and afterwards at my request sent me details of other properties in the area that might interest me. All in all an enjoyable experience.

Give you all the spiel about what they can do and how amazing their marketing is but doesn't actually translate in real terms. For the most part I found them to be pushy, tried to get me to lower the price for a sale unnecessarily more than a couple of times, and got in viewings with people who were nowhere near our budget. Had to chase to get sales data some weeks. When we did agree a sale, it took them 4 weeks to link us with a sales chaser by which time our sale was an absolute lost cause - this was over the space of 2-3 years of dealing with this branch. Sadly, they put me in absolute state of stress and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I would have complained directly but they seem to always have an answer for everything! Only two members of staff that seemed to shine were Esme and Sophie for which I've given them a star.

Cubitt and West were the obvious choice to sell our House in Lower Kingswood, as that's who we purchased through, 10 years previously…
Their Team worked well to ensure we got the best exposure to potential buyers by previewing our home via a video to buyers already on their 'books' and marketing us appropriately on Rightmove.
We had an Open day booked for a particular Saturday but had 9 viewings booked in before it even hit the market officially.
Within those initial viewings, our Buyers made us an above price offer on condition that we cancelled the upcoming Open House event. Everything about this situation was talked through with us in respect of which way it could go if we decided to accept before others had looked round our property. In effect, we sold within 3 days...
Lauren, Alison, Kian and all involved kept us up to date with every milestone and it was the right decision as with some minor hiccups (resulting from our Buyers' late Survey), we received our full asking price anyway.
The Fees didn't overly concern us in comparison to other agents; there's not much in it when you're buying and selling substantial properties in this area.
It was great to have a local agent with great local knowledge and track record of buying and selling in the areas we were looking at. I would recommend Cubitt and West to anyone considering selling their Property with Banstead Branch. Thank you. Regards, Debbie and Paul

Where to start...we had advertised our flat with a small local agent, expecting a more personalised service and great local knowledge. The lure of a reasonably low fee was also a big deciding factor. Unfortunately this didn't work out for us at all and we were left feeling completely frustrated and disappointed.
We made the decision to change agents and this is where Lauren and her team at Cubitt & West Banstead came in. What a completely different experience! Lauren was absolutely fantastic from the very first meeting, with everything explained clearly and confidently. We knew exactly where we stood from day one, what they could do for us, how it would be done and how they would keep us updated and informed along the way (something that meant a lot to us following our previous experience). Did this all come at a higher price? Yes it did, but I can honestly say it was worth every penny. We had a niche property which only appealed to a small segment of the market, but Lauren and her team worked tirelessly to get the property sold for us. We had a spanner thrown in the works when our first buyer pulled out at a late stage, but the team were quick to reassure us and get things moving on the marketing front again, putting in even more work than before, knowing that we had some time constraints we were working with.
Communication was the key, we always felt as though we knew exactly what was happening every step of the way. From weekly 'check-in' phone calls, to marketing reports, to reassuring replies to my late-night freak-out emails, the team were always there to help and advise, and we could never have got through this process without them.
I cannot speak highly enough of these guys, especially Lauren and Alison who were absolute superstars, and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who wants a supportive, motivated and friendly team to handle a property sale. All the best to Lauren and the rest of the team, we can't thank you enough!

I would say we have high expectations of Cubitt and West, having had family members and friends working for them in the past, but Cian even surpassed these. Cubitt & West Banstead did what all the other estate agents could not. Honestly I am amazed at the difference in quality of estate agents. How can one agent get no viewing in a 12 week period, another agent two, yet Cubit & West had them lined up ready to go? And there were no time-wasters. These were genuine, funded buyers.
Cubitt & West sold our property (and incidentally were the ones who organised our on-going property!) in a matter of weeks.

Me and my Husband have just brought our first home witht he help of Jason and the team in Banstead. I can't praise them enough, nothing was to much trouble, they made you feel as if you were there only customers.
I must also praise Michael Wookey the Mortgage Advisorwho was also brilliant and help us a lot with his advise.
I can't praise the above enough. I will certainley be Recomending Cubitt & West Banstead.
The only downside to the whole experiance was the in house Solictors DC Law, if you have the choice please don't use them, they had no customer service skills what so every, didn't get back to you if messages were left, didn't let you know what was going on, and as first time buyers it was frustrating as not knowing what was going on.

My wife and I are about to complete on the purchase of our first house and we couldn't be more excited. Jason and the team have been exceptional throughout the process and we feel it was down to them that we got over the line with this purchase.
If you are looking to buy in the area, first time or not, I would highly recommend these guys as they are fantastic. We really felt looked after and that they were not just interested in the sale (which of course is their primary goal as estate agents) they really too an interest as us as a couple too.
Estate agents get a bad rep, and usually for good reason as there are many out there that couldn't differentiate their backside from their elbow. Everyone at C&W Banstead are truly exceptions to that rule.

My partner and I called into the Banstead Branch and spoke with Dylan who is the Manager recently seeking our new home. We found the whole experience although VERY pushy. Rather than being made welcome the whole experience felt as though we were being INTERROGATED !. We DO NOT feel comfortable in going there again
