From our own recent experience this estate agent was very poor and misrepresented us. After viewing we stated our interest and that we would be placing an offer and were told by the agent we would be contacted the following day. They chose not to contact us to clarify our offer, nor responded to many calls, voicemails and attempts to contact them via their website.
We then saw the property was under offer via an online search. When we finally discussed our situation with the Wendover branch our offer was submitted, but we felt only because of legal obligation. The original offer was raised to match our offer and the property sold STC, again, without us being contacted for further discussion. We would have liked the opportunity to raise our offer again as a best & final submission, yet were denied that as well… All told it has left a very bad taste in our mouths regarding this Estate Agent and will be steering well clear of in the future.

Brilliant Estate Agents - House purchase in Wendover fell at a difficult time, but Colin Towersy - of Christopher Pallet was tenacious, positive and honest. There is no bluff and bluster with Colin - he is up front honest and it is so evident he is very good at what he does. Colin also had a great relationship with the estate agents selling our Flat in Berkhamsted, which made life very easy.

I can highly recommend Christopher Pallet. We bought our first house in Wendover via CP over 10 years ago and subsequently bought and sold with them again recently. We dealt mainly with Keith on each occasion. His local knowledge (I believe to be over 20 years) really proved invaluable. He is also very proactive in sorting any issues (which invariably arise with any chain) and will update you regularly. It must be said that we were initially lured into using Purple Bricks and having had little interest in our property decided that as with most things you get what you pay for and went back to Keith, who knew of people interested in a property such as ours and hey presto people start viewing and before long an acceptable offer is made! Whilst I have singled out Keith for praise, our dealings with the others staff members has been great. Thanks again to you all.

Ross, Keith and the team have great knowledge of the local market, and they know their industry really well.
They kept us informed at all times of all developments in the process of the sale of our property, without the smoke and mirrors and tricks that many agents use.
We ended up also buying a property through CP, and the team were able to ensure the process, although challenging at times, had a great eventual outcome, managing competing demands from the multiple parties involved in the transaction.
