Hunters have been excellent throughout our whole house move! Caroline came and did our valuation and was extremely professional, informative and efficient. Sean took great photos and did 360 tour and even got us a viewing before going live on the market. We felt that hunters really used their contacts to advertise our house which meant it sold in just a few weeks! Then Sarah took over to look after our chain, she has been amazing, so organised, kept in contact with our solicitors and vendors agents and kept us in the loop the whole way to make sure all parts of the chain are happy whilst pushing it along quickly. I’d highly recommend Hunters. Great job by Nick, Sarah and Sean. Sean being the camera magician, he took some really nice shots of the property INCLUDING a 3D tour.
Nick made the whole process seem a whole lot less daunting after taking time to explain the steps going forward with the sale. Not long after listing the property, Nick secured an offer we were very happy with.
Last but not least, thanks to Sarah for handling the progress of the sale. Sarah has been excellent with regular communication throughout so we felt kept in the loop. The whole process has been a smooth ride so thanks to the whole team at Hunters, Tring.

Absolutley amazing! From start to finish, Hunters looked after us, knew our requirements and did not push for anything else. Iain and Sean are so personable, in fact the admin team were amazing as well, Caroline and Elizabeth were great at communicating. All of them worked so hard with our solicitors to ensure a succesful sale. We just completed on our house sale with Hunters and can’t thank the whole team enough for the way that they managed the process from start to finish. Caroline came to do our valuation and was very knowledgeable and professional, she’d clearly taken time to prepare and knew the housing market in our area inside out. Sean promptly came to do the photography and got some fantastic shots that really captured the best of our home - he also did a 3D tour. We had lots of interest on the back of the impressive marketing and sold within a couple of weeks. Iain did most of the liaison throughout and was brilliant - always quick to respond and nothing was ever too much trouble in keeping me informed. As a first time buyer, we we really glad our sellers chose Hunters. No hard sell, There was no counter offering from other buyers, They were brilliant at explaining the process in a way that left nothing to doubt, we went with their recommended mortgage advisor and conveyancers, the mortgage side was beyond simple, we would’ve tried to buy sooner had we known this. conveyancers, not the cheapest no, but they were responsive and not fussy like I’ve heard others experiences have been, Caroline at hunters knows her stuff, and can read between the lines due to her industry knowledge. When I was chasing up others on things, Caroline had often beat me to it. Every call I made was promptly returned, I didn’t at any point in the process feel I was being lied to, or as if I was just one of many. It was a professional, personal service, this was even more impressive as we completed one week before the stamp duty holiday, so I really was one of many!

Hunters managed to help us over many hurdles that COVID offered this year for our sale and purchase. It only seems fair to offer 5* to set them apart from other local estate agents...our experience showed that not all of them offer this level of service

I'm not surprised to see that Hunters has won awards. It is a very professional and responsive company. We recently bought a house which they were marketing. The team member showing us the house had all the facts at her finger tips. Caroline was particularly good at ensuring movement across the chain, doing due comprehensive diligence and getting us all to complete in a short period of time. I wish we had sold through Hunters; they were so superior to the estate agent we used.

Hunters were recommended to us by a neighbour after 3 other agents had failed to sell or follow through on a sale of our house. I am glad we used them and would definitely use them again. Do not use these estate agents.
When we used them to sell my Grandparents house, they unlawfully lied to us (the family) and potential buyers. They did this in order to benefit themselves by selling property to personal contact ie contractor for a fraction of the full asking price.
Total lack of decency, integrity and honour.
I wouldn't trust them to run me a bath.

I understand my Aunt has left several similar reviews on your social media sites, which have all been removed by Hunters.
My intention is to hold your company or a member of your staff accountable.
A private sale of my Grandparents home was made after months and months of delay on your part. To the buyer who had been interested right from the start. Waste of everyone's time, money and wellbeing.
Maybe this just needs you guys to go over conduct process and introduce values measurement when recruiting.

Hunters strike again! Amazing service from Caroline, Iain and the whole team. Helped us get our house sold at 98% of the asking price and keep everything going through the Covid-19 Epidemic. They chased everything down to completion even with a few complications along the way! On top of that they found us a short-term rental around the corner which suited all our needs and gave us a stop gap whilst we sold another property. We are customers for Life (just a shame that you only cover Tring and surrounding villages ????). Fantastic. Mine has been a tough property to sell, and also with a dispute with the first agent, the completion was problematic in the face of utter intransigence from that agent. Throughout this difficult process, Hunters have been highly professional, reasonable, friendly and at times, resorted to conflict resolution to get this over the line. The entire team understand the stress of this and behave accordingly, always returning calls, keeping me informed and generally belaying the reputation of Estate Agents.
In the initial viewing stage, the viewers completed feedback cards so I always knew what they thought. I received weekly updates on performance on Rightmove and Zoopla, and regular calls to review progress. Not all agents do this, and I would say Hunters are the standard by which others should be judged.

We recently completed on the purchase of our new home having been in rented accommodation for the past few years. David & Iain were a pleasure to deal with all the way through and went above and beyond their remit to help when the top of the chain held the whole transaction up for a number of weeks. Had it not been for Hunters tenacity and persistence to get the sale over the line we could well have been faced with temporary homelessness - we are very appreciative of all their heroic efforts. Communication could not be faulted, always returned calls and emails swiftly and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Considering we were not their actual Client we were treated with the utmost respect and care all the way through-even to the point where they dropped off the keys to our removal men on the day of completion as we were on holiday. I recently sold my house using Hunters estate agents in Tring. I found them to be highly professional and friendly to deal with. They were very understanding towards the circumstances surrounding the sale and remained sensitive to this throughout the process. They were very proactive at getting viewings for the house, provided review meetings so we could look at the market and decide effective strategies for going forward to get the house sold. Following any viewing I not only received the standard follow up call to provide feedback of how it had gone, but Even before that I was met with a feedback card left at the house by the agent who showed the potential buyers around. I had used other estate agents in Tring before using Hunters and can honestly say they did very little by comparison, were often rude and on some cases abusive towards me when I didn’t tell them what they wanted to hear. I did not find this to be the case at all with Hunters estate agents and wished I’d used them sooner. I would thoroughly recommend this estate agent and thank the staff for their work on my sale.

A superb service from the best Estate Agent we have ever used. This year has been really stressful, we started our move in January with another agent. They failed to sell our property and we lost the house we wanted, it came back on the market in May and we sold through Hunters in 4 days, but that's not the whole story as with Brexit wobbles and the chain falling apart, Hunters took on our buyers house, sold that and then managed the whole chain including the solicitors and other agents, Sarah and Caroline have been amazing, but Sarah takes the gold medal for persistence and dealing with some really awkward solicitors, we can't thank Hunters enough.
