Nash have been FANTASTIC through our years as tenants via their agency. Having dealt with different agents as well, it has highlighted just how fantastic Nash are. They fight your corner with contractors, they are always available to help and they keep appointments. In particular, Carla has been fantastic at the Tring branch with staying in good communication and correspondence with us. Couldn't have wished for a better experience, and in future we will look for Nash houses first.

Having dealt with many Letting / Estate agents, I think the fairest way to word my experiences would be as a "mixed bag". Great service when I was looking to rent and now that I'm looking to buy.
Friendly, knowledgeable and kept their promises.
Not really five star material in many walks of life, but fair play to Nash, an estate agent, in Tring, during the stamp duty holiday for maintaining their standards.

I have rented properties from Nash for around 5 years and have nothing but positive things to say about their property management team. They have always tried to go above and beyond to resolve any issues I have had even when it was difficult to do so.
Carla Smith in particular has always made her self accessible to us and has always been polite, professional and understanding. In all of my dealings with her I felt listened to and felt like she genuinely would do what she could to help.
I would definitely recommend Nash partnership to anyone looking to rent or buy as the customer service we received has been brilliant always.

I cannot speak highly enough of the service we received from Nash Partnership in Tring. To begin, James went out of his way to fit us in for a viewing as we were desperate to see the property. He was the first estate agent we met who had a good level of knowledge about the property, area and circumstances of sale. We had viewed properties with other agencies who simply came to viewings ill prepared. He also kindly accommodated a second viewing so we could gain a second opinion. Henne was an absolute godsend. Great communication and very understanding. I wish I could have paid half our solicitor’s fee to her as she did most of the legwork in pushing the sale along and chasing the sellers solicitor, and ours, when we had a breakdown in communication. Both of them responded quickly to emails and I just felt they were warm and personable. Thank you both so much for all your help.

Never use this company. Let our property through them fully managed. Despite multiple reports from neighbours over various months that the property was being mistreated they failed to act decisively. Property was returned in an uninhabitable state with outstanding rent and significant damages amounting to over £2,500. Deposit was eventually recovered. Although the deposit was no way enough to cover all the damages and took two months to restore to its original state. Rather than offering us the full deposit. Nash prioritised deducting their final months fee. Avoid at all costs.

We recently sold our much loved home of 27 years, with The Nash Partnership. This was a huge step for us, so we wanted to choose an Estate Agent, we knew would realistically price our house, and market it in a professional way. We were not dissapointed at all! The interest in the house showed it was priced well as we had just about the right of interest straight away. The whole team were professional, but we mainly dealt with Sophie, who kept us in the loop at all times. She directed us through the process professionally as we hadn't done this for a while. We would definitely recommend the Nash Partnership to others and will continue to do so.
