Clarendons were amazing very quick from showing me the property to all the move in details. Nothing was too much trouble. So professional kept in contact with me through the whole process and made it really easy.

Seem good on the outside but they’ve got so many extortionate fees in the contract. £1000 if you want to leave after 6 months. £200 taken from the deposit just to check the property after moving even though it was left in pristine condition. There are other fees along the way too. Two stars because they didn’t lie about any cleaning or repairs needing to be done on my partners flat. Though £200 is a massive sting in these testing times with corona. They’ve clearly added loads of fees since the agency fee ban. Another greedy company grabbing whatever they can. Don’t let the shortages of rentals steer you into their hands.

Leigh was ever so helpful for an extremely quick, professional and very friendly experience in renting a property with them. I viewed the property on a Saturday and two weeks later I was in the property. I would recommend highly Clarendons.

Efficient and Professional Sales and Lettings Company. I have had dealings with four members of the team at Clarendons and they are all extremely capable property individuals. I would highly recommend them to anybody looking to sell or rent a property in the area.
