Utterly useless! In January 2022, Clarendons let out my next door neighbour’s house to a drug dealer who ran a County Lines drug gang. After 10 months of car crime, extreme antisocial behaviour, threats, noise at all hours of the day and night, three eviction notices, dozens of visits from and calls to Police, we are finally free of them. Clarendons were unhelpful and apathetic from the start and Emily constantly refused to acknowledge any kind of problem. Only interested in commission.... Read more

Clarendons is a great estate agent with a lovely team. Jordan was my initial contact at my first viewing and then Leigh became my main agent from my second viewing through to the completion of the property I have recently moved to. Leigh was always quick to respond to my emails, very proactive in terms of checking in and flagging when my side of the chain were slowing things down etc and ensuring the process kept ticking along. We cannot recommend Clarendons enough especially Leigh. Initially, we were purchasing a property through Clarendons which unfortunately feel through due to third party probate. Leigh was professional, understanding and patient and worked with us to try and get things over the line. When the time came to remarket our property we had no hesitation to use Clarendons. Their photos are very good but what we really likes was their virtual tour allowing you to get a 360 view through the property. It's the best. Thank you Leigh.... Read more
