Having moved into a newly renovated rental property there have been some teething problems but both Sarah and Gemma have been professional and quick to respond even throughout the lockdowns; They sent tradespeople to fix the issues quickly. As overseas investors, we had our first experience with Sarah Draper of Tidal Estate and Lettings. They are very helpful and willing to support you. They take over all the work that is necessary to rent out your property. Our property was rented out one week after she advertised it. Viewings took place in a couple of days. Checked done quickly and contract signed in a week. We have to rely on the service and knowledge of Tidal. Until now were are very satisfied with the service and lead times. I cannot praise Sarah Draper enough for her tireless work in selling my fathers flat. Notoriously difficult to sell indeed it was on the market for 2 years when we bought it back in 2017. She managed to get it under offer in just a couple of weeks! Her communications and professionalism through the whole process were genuinely an example to all Estate agents out there.
