I am a family with two young children, both under the age of four. Before arranging the viewing, I asked the agency to confirm whether the landlord would accept a family like ours, and I was told yes.
However, after attending the viewing and submitting our application, I was informed that the landlord considers the flat too small for us.
Had this been communicated from the outset, I would not have travelled such a long distance to view the property.

Had a very positive experience with Countrywide Kirkintilloch from the initial consultation to value my house with Ryan who was professional, friendly and very realistic about expectations to the handover to Lesley and team managing viewings. I was kept updated at all times and provided with great advice when offers were received at closing. Would definitely recommend Countrywide!!
