I have just gone through the process of finding a new tenant with Countrywide (second one). Carina and Kellie were the letting negotiators working on our account. The whole process has been really smooth, and the new tenants are already in! They handled everything from photographing and listing the property to viewings and contracting. I would highly recommend this team for any landlord.

Very disappointing experience with Countrywide Glasgow. I booked a viewing a week in advance, did not pursue other properties, and the appointment was reconfirmed on the same day.<br>I took time off work and travelled a long distance to view the property, only to be told on arrival that the property had already been let. When I called, I was simply told, “Sorry,” but what about my time waste, travel costs and inconvenience? Unfortunately, I would never use Countrywide again and would not recommend them.

Absolutely superb service from Lesley and team. Kind, warm, helpful and proactive. I could wax lyrical all day about the difference you made when selling my dad's house. From the initial call with Robyn (so kind and sensitive to the situation), to the valuation with Mark and the ongoing support from Lesley, everyone was amazing.
