Terrible service! I was looking for a 3 bed to rent in Greenwich. Latitude had booked us in for a viewing and had failed to show us any properties due to them being sold, this is okay if they had informed us on the day but we turned up to be shown nothing. They also failed to communicate with us about any other properties. Waste of time.

I am not a customer of Latitude but while there on a few occasions resolving IT issues I was really impressed with the team and their service. Very nice bunch of people, I have witnessed quite a lot of interactions with clients and you can tell they have a really good level of knowledge and patience, even when dealing with more awkward clients.

I had a fantastic experience with Latitude. I would recommend them to anyone. They are very professional, they commuicate with you on a regular basis. Their pictures are professional and they are very helpful. I would use them again without any doubt. All the staff there are great.
I have tried other estate agents and have been very disappointed with them but i can say I am very happy with Latitude.

Thoroughly professional company with a genuine interest in their tenants needs.
It makes a fresh change to use a company that cares about, firstly their high standards of properties offered and then the attention to details to satisfy the tenants.
In this current busy world, more companies should step back and actually think about their customers and products before they do their profit margins. It is now apparent that in this robotic society, human emotions dont often seem to count but lucky with Lattitude Residential they do, very much.
