Never have I so resented having to pay so much for so little. They lied to us, withheld crucial feedback on our property, misold our property 'by mistake' to potential buyers, and we found ourselves updating our sales progressor rather than the other way around. We had to request that one member of the team was taken off our sale he was so difficult to communicate with. Having worked with a few different estate agents, I can categorically say these were by far the worst, and would recommend avoiding at all costs.... Read more

You have to have an appointment with their in house mortgage adviser to have your offer be put forward as a prospective buyer...even if you already have a mortgage offer in principle with someone else! We were told that not getting a mortgage through them would effect our chances of being out forward as the first choice buyer. Wasted our time over house appointments too. And people wonder why estate agents aren't trusted!!... Read more
