Recently rented our property using Cubitt & West Brighton. Sam, the lettings manager, was super friendly and helpful. The marketing material was a far higher standard than any of the competitors. The property went on the market within a couple of hours of Sam's visit and was let on the first day of viewings. Josh, Hassen and Daryl at the Lewes Road branch were generally friendly and helpful - patient with my million questions and always eager to help. I would definitely be happy to deal with them again, thank you! Unfortunately, the processes of Cubitt & West were on occasion too full on. For example after signing an agreement for C&W to sell my flat, this clearly kick started a process which left me feeling 'hounded' by the photographers with up to 4 calls a day (Josh soon put an end to this after I mentioned this to him). I understand this is likely to be out of the hands of the local office but I'd urge them to feed this back to head office...I hate pressured sales approaches and this is how it felt at times....
