I am early in the process- I’ve been under offer for two weeks. However, David Cliff have been the best agents I have ever dealt with. Communication has been fantastic, number of viewings has been brilliant and they got me an asking price offer. I used to be very anti estate agents and have used online companies before to in effect sell the house myself but never again! David Cliff have changed my view completely and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Good communication on potential buyer viewings and feedback. The weekly update fell by the wayside, but generally good comms and a friendly, easy to work with team at David Cliff

The team were very proactive in getting us setup and ready to sell our property. We were communicating almost every day on the phone, with weekly marketing reports as well as confirmations of house viewings which they handled. When our sale broke down, they were quick to get us back in the market and find a suitable buyer before we lost the home we were looking to buy.
