Michael Hardy were fantastic in helping us to sell and buy. Their guidance and advice though each stage of the process was invaluable. They were always professional, friendly and extremely helpful. We would highly recommend them.
Extremely disappointed, booked a viewing over the phone with Michael Hardy. Gave all my details, when I arrived at the property no one was there. Once I had rang to ask after waiting for 10 minutes they told me the property had been let and they couldn’t get ahold of me due to having taken my number down wrong and not being able to find my email address.
So unprofessional and embarrassing. I thought highly of them as a brand but now completely put off of dealing with Michael Hardy in the future.
If unable to get a hold of me that was a fault if there own the least I expect is to be met at the property and the situation explained.
A BIG thank you to the Mullie Team who handled all the pre tenancy administration and found me LOVELY tenants quickly with no hassle!
I'll keep this short as I could write a book on how bad this lot are but don't waste your time if you are looking to sell your house I would recommend looking elsewhere! Mostly shockingly they verbally give you a quote price for selling your house at the start then triple the price at the end of it denying they had given the price at the start. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

Nice try covering up your mistakes but rather than you trying to resolve the problems here, it just proves my point that you'd rather lie about not having dealt with me in the past which was only a few months ago! Just look at all your other complaints it says it all really!! Even more reason to AVOID THIS MUPPET SHOW!!
David Raymond is a Professional and Agreeable Character and help me with any issues I might have had. I recommend him to any property owner renting it out.
I called Sears Estate Agent for a house that has HMO potential in Bracknell area. I clearly informed the agent that my budget is £300k to £310K. The house was sold previously but buyer couldn't obtain HMO as the house need 2 bathrooms and size of rooms are too small to comply to the HMO so I leaned later on.
Sears not just wasted my time ( forgot my appointment to view) , but mislead to believe that the house is HMO while clearly is not when i start investigation through the council , mislead me to also believe the vendor would accept my budget etc
I think Sears are very dishonest, uses potential buyer to secure deals for others!. set people up. I think they want just anyone to get through the door so they show vendors that they are actively searching for buyers, they believe its quantities rather than quality and comparability etc, they Never listen to your needs and requirements.
Their valuation of properties are 10-15% more than market value.
I would stay away from Sears estate agents.
I have to say right from the start I was extremely impressed with the speed and efficiency of getting my house on the market. In less than a week of the initial correspondence arranging a valuation my house was sold. Veiwings were arranged quickly that worked with our daily routine, Darren Winter and Jordan Keegan were very understanding of this as we have a young baby. Both of them couldn’t of helped any more to get our house sold quickly and at a price we were happy with.

Very bad service in Bracknell office. I contacted them for lettings, agreed to let property, gave notice to leave at my current property. After few weeks later found out that things are not the same as was described by Prospect at time of viewing the property. Now cannot move to the new property and also have to move out of the old one. In bad situation due to their awful service. I will not recommend to others
I have been a tenant renting from Chancellors for 3 years now I have been very impressed with the service Richard and his team are so helpful and can't do enough for you also anything I need is delt with very quickly.ive always rented and by far this agency is the best I feel like nothing is to much trouble for them.Im moving again again new new year and so please to be staying with Chancellors and switching over is so much more less stressful as they do alot of the leg work for you what more could you ask for as a busy working mum.
Do not use this estate agents, my company leased a property through Chancellors and the landlady unlawfully held our deposit, we had to take her to court to get our money back. This took several months and was at great expense. Chancellors disclosed confidential emails to the landlady without my permission to aid her. Fortunality we won our case. I'm now having to report Chancellors to ICO.
Feel free to message me your details, and I would be happy to speak to anyone as to why in my opinion you should avoid Chancellors as an estate agents. Please take my advice, use another estate agent!
The service that I received from the guys at Prospect in Winnersh was fantastic in particular Dan and Hugo, who throughout my sale were relentless in their approach to getting the sale through and kept me informed every step of the way. Most agents have a bad name but these guys really do come through with everything they promise !!!!
1 star is simply too high.
After having my house on the market for a number of months i found out that the 'offers' i received where not genuine and were simply used to see what offer i would accept. Bunch of cowboys. Steer clear! I used Romas as they were realistic on what i would achieve for my property and had it sold within 3 weeks.
