I would certainly recommend this Local family run company.
They gave great advice on identifying the right sale price and how to deal with 'cheeky' offers and realistic ones. I was always made aware in good time of when viewings were scheduled and feedback was provided the following day where possible. Mark and Declan were always available to take a call and answer any questions.

Declan went above and beyond with the sale of our apartment. He was professional, helpful and always on hand to answer any questions throughout. He even went out of his way to keep an eye on the market and send us any properties he thought we might like to purchase. There's no one better than Mark, Declan and Lesley when it comes to selling or buying a property in and around Wokingham. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell their property.

I would 110% recommend Rath residential. Having asked Mark to value/let my place he suggested a few alternatives. He didn't do this for his gain at all, he was loosing out but it massively benefitted myself. No other estate agent made me aware of this as it wouldn't be lining their pockets.

I, like many reviewers here, wish I could give Mark, Sarah, Declan & team more than 5 stars because they truly offer a different experience than you may either expect or have heard of in the industry. The team setup a WhatsApp group immediately to ensure we continue to talk and remain up-to-date. They listened to us moaning (and jesus did we moan), they went out of their way to provide advice and overall, you genuinely felt as if they had your best interests at heart. If you're buying or selling, once you meet the MR team once, you'll appointment them to take care you. Great work team.

I bought a house through Mark Rath and i cannot fault Dec - he acted as a point of contact throughout the sale when not even my solicitors seemed to care and if it wasn't for him on completion day, god knows when i would have got my keys if left up to the solicitors. Wouldn't hesitate from recommending them to anyone! Fab Service :)

Highly recommend this family business. Excellent local knowledge, honest and professional. We were tenants of a property they managed and they were extremely helpful as we relocated from overseas. We initially tried two other agents Romans and Prospect. Neither of them could sell our house, the viewings were poor quality and the customer service was pretty bad. We took on Mark after a recommendation and the experience was completely different. Mark works with his family who provide you with a honest and professional service. They sold the house quickly and for a good price. If you want experience, professionalism and to sell your house, 100% recommend.

We decided to go with Mark as we found him to be honest and straight talking throughout our dealings with him. His advice was greatly appreciated and invaluable. We were always kept updated with viewings and feedback. Mark was always available to talk to on the phone. Although we did not sell our house, Mark's advise to let our property and also to secure tenants immediately allowed us to purchase the property of our dreams. I would also like to mention Declan and Lesley as I am aware its a real team effort bringing everything together (with Solicitors, Tenants, Insurance) - the whole package. Thank you.

Having dealt with many estate agents over the years in Wokingham I can honestly say that Mark Rath is the most honest and trustworthy estate agent I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. This is a straight talking family business that will go the extra mile to help in any way possible. They handled my sale with the utmost professionalism from start to finish. I would not use any other agent nor would I recommend any other agent. Not only has my sale been successful, I even recommended my mother use Mark for her rental property which is now rented with the minimum of delay. Mark will give you 100%, which as everyone is well aware isn't always enough in the property market but is a darn site more than any other agent will give you! Very professional estate agents who accommodated our requests very well and even arranged two viewings in one day just so we were sure on the property, this was highly appreciated and was not deemed a problem. Very honest and friendly business, I would highly recommend this estate agents to anyone wanting a friendly and professional service.
