Thank you Mark, Declan and the team at Mark Rath Residential for ensuring the sale of our property went as smoothly as possible.
I would certainly recommend this Local family run company.
They gave great advice on identifying the right sale price and how to deal with 'cheeky' offers and realistic ones. I was always made aware in good time of when viewings were scheduled and feedback was provided the following day where possible. Mark and Declan were always available to take a call and answer any questions.

Declan went above and beyond with the sale of our apartment. He was professional, helpful and always on hand to answer any questions throughout. He even went out of his way to keep an eye on the market and send us any properties he thought we might like to purchase. There's no one better than Mark, Declan and Lesley when it comes to selling or buying a property in and around Wokingham. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell their property.

I would 110% recommend Rath residential. Having asked Mark to value/let my place he suggested a few alternatives. He didn't do this for his gain at all, he was loosing out but it massively benefitted myself. No other estate agent made me aware of this as it wouldn't be lining their pockets.

I, like many reviewers here, wish I could give Mark, Sarah, Declan & team more than 5 stars because they truly offer a different experience than you may either expect or have heard of in the industry. The team setup a WhatsApp group immediately to ensure we continue to talk and remain up-to-date. They listened to us moaning (and jesus did we moan), they went out of their way to provide advice and overall, you genuinely felt as if they had your best interests at heart. If you're buying or selling, once you meet the MR team once, you'll appointment them to take care you. Great work team.

I bought a house through Mark Rath and i cannot fault Dec - he acted as a point of contact throughout the sale when not even my solicitors seemed to care and if it wasn't for him on completion day, god knows when i would have got my keys if left up to the solicitors. Wouldn't hesitate from recommending them to anyone! Fab Service :)

Declan and Mark were excellent, we had to get moved by a certain date and they made sure it all went through smoothly for us.
Great family business who clearly care about giving the best service possible.

I was a tenant and successfully rent a house through Mark Rath Residential when I first came to the UK. They are a family business and very responsive to my enquires. Unlike other big agents in Wokingham, Mark Rath almost provides instant feedback. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend this family business. Excellent local knowledge, honest and professional. We were tenants of a property they managed and they were extremely helpful as we relocated from overseas. They were responsive to any issues that arose and always strived to make sure that we were happy. I wouldn't hesitate to sell or let my property through them.
