Honestly cannot recommend Nick & Teresa enough!! Highly professional and yet like having friends sell your house for you! They were encouraging, straightforward (even when the actual process is not!!), reliable, and generally went above and beyond. There were difficulties in the chain but they both managed to help reduce the stress, working closely with all parties to keep us up to date. We decided to change agents and picked Quarters. We are so glad that we did as they made a positive difference to our house selling journey.
The market was difficult at the time and we had become very disheartened.
With Quarters we had a new plan and a strategy regarding online portals which made us feel much more positive. Together we reviewed the price for marketing and were reassured that a sensible price point was being used.
Teresa took lovely new photographs and advised us how to prepare the house for viewings.
Nick was excellent with the negotiations to secure the sale including discussions with the owners of our onwards purchase.
He was proactive throughout the conveyancing process - engaging with everyone involved in the chain to ensure its success.

They kept us up to date with any new properties of interest during our search and ensured they put together property viewings in a well organised manner that gave everyone a chance to view the property and for it to be sold at the most competitive, yet fair price by following up with each potential buyer.
Before settling on our new home, while we were looking they are one of the few estate agents in the Wokingham area that would follow up any viewings and update us as to any property’s that may be of interest.
Once our offer had been accepted they continued to keep us updated through the legal process to ensure a smooth and quick transaction.
I could not recommend Nick and Quarters more highly and if you are looking to sell your property I would suggest you use Quarters.

We were bowled over by their support, communication, and professionalism. They also really cared (which is rare from our experience with estate agents in the past). They kept us updated on every aspect of the transaction and chased agents up and down the chain. We felt as though they were with us every step of the way. As the process became lengthy and more complex due to issues further down the chain, anxiety was prevalent in us but Teresa and Nick stayed calm, positive, and incredibly supportive. They worked tirelessly and earned every penny of their commission. Amazing people!

I cannot speak highly enough of Nick and Teresa at Quarters Estate Agents. I think like many selling your house is a daunting experience but Quarters Estate Agents made the whole process seemless and straight forward. They were upfront and knowledgeable (streets ahead of any other agent we had contact with) and always offering help and support well past their expected remit. All prospected buyers were vetted ensuring no unnecessary need to vacate our home and although we did not buy our new home via them (i wish we could of!) Nick was always on hand to offer advice and support. We recommended Nick and Teresa to friends during our Sale and no surprise they received the same support and also Sold their house in a similar time scale where all others had failed them. For us, there is no other estate agent (or business) I would use or recommend as much as Nick and Teresa, full stop. Highly recommended, very professional and it felt like they were with us ever step of the way. More like having a friend sell your house than an estate agent.

Not only did they secure a fantastic price on our sale, and their management throughout the whole sale was seamless. Quarters (Nick and Teresa) are unlike any other estate agents we have ever met; they are simply fantastic. They are not the cheapest, but they have been worth every penny of their fee to us. They go the 'extra mile' in everything they do, and are very responsive via WhatsApp. They got us the best price possible, and I don't think we would have got the sale done using another agency.
The sale of our house has not been simple. We put in place planning permission for a larger house, so they were selling a combination of the existing house plus its potential. They 'got' what we were trying to do.
They have been with us through every step of the journey.
We showed our original plans to Teresa, and she suggested loads of changes to make them better, all of which we incorporated. This was all done for free, as we had not committed to using Quarters at that stage.
Teresa arranged for some fantastic pictures to be taken which illustrated the full potential of our house and plot.
We went on the market at short notice, and just before they were going on holiday. But Nick put aside a day to show 12 viewers around (giving them each 30 minutes rather than the usual 15), got us 4 offers and guided us as to the best buyer and the best price.
Due to problems in the chain above us, Nick had to hold the transaction together through a long period, and he managed both us and our buyers well during that time. Our buyer did 'chip' the price later in the process, but Nick managed that carefully so that both sides were happy to continue.
We then took the decision to 'break the chain' and go into rented for a short period. Nick found us at very short notice a house to rent (it was previously rented but was now up for sale with Quarters).
In summary, Quarters are a 'boutique' agency who go 'above and beyond' and are worth every penny of their fee.

We recently bought our new home, where Quarters were acting for our vendor. We dealt mostly with Nick, from our first viewing to Nick handing over our keys. Once our offer was accepted, Nick put us in touch with Emma Alben at Prime Progression Ltd, and through the "Mio" app, Emma kept us posted on progress and was always at the end of the line. We were not expecting this extra layer of service, so it was a great bonus.
However, Nick always made himself available locally. Nick recommended our solicitors and our surveyor, both excellent too. Nick was on hand, responsive, trouble shooting and a calming influence and honest, during what became a protracted progress reaching exchange. He dealt with all in the chain including solicitors. We had regular communication with Nick and were never left in the dark or without unanswered questions - they even provided an app for us to track the status of our purchase whenever we liked.

We have bought an appartment in Wokingham through Quarters Residential who were the selling agents. The lead agent with whom we dealt was Nick Harris who is a partner in the firm, he could not have been more accommodating. Nick has not only fulfilled his responsibilities to his main client, the vendor, by dressing and preparing the appartment to present it in the best possible light, and I might add securing a good price, he has also made the process of buying as smooth an event as possible by liaising with our building surveyor and electrical surveyor to gain access, he has also given us access on several occasions since our offer was accepted to facilitate measuring up and meeting our carpet supplier to do likewise. Quarters have also been very proactive in keeping us informed of the progress of the legal proceedings at all levels of the chain through regular contact with the other agents and solicitors involved. As a buyer, Quarters have not only been a pleasure to work with, but whenever the need arises we would not hesitate to use them to sell our property in the future.
